Abstract
본 발명은 주입재인 저유동성 모르타르에 일반적인 결합재로 사용하는 포틀랜트 시멘트를 사용하지 않고 슬래그미분말 등의 비정질 물질을 알칼리 및 황산염 복합자극을 통해 활성화시켜 강도를 발현하고 동시에 강도보조재에 다량 함유된 활성마그네시아의 흡수, 발열반응과 체적팽창작용을 이용하여 시멘트 모르타르가 양생되면서 수축하는 특성을 보완하여 연약한 지반 개량의 성능을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 0.02㎜~13㎜의 입도 분포를 가지는 굵은 골재와 잔골재의 혼합물로 구성되며, 점토성 실트질 토사를 포함하는 석분 100중량부에 대하여,
고로슬래그 미분말 10~30중량부; 및
활성 마그네시아 성분이 30~40중량%인 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말, 활성마그네시아 성분이 20~35중량%인 경소백운석 미분말, 및 칼슘 옥사이드(Calcium oxide) 함량이 50~75중량%, 설페이트 옥사이드(Sulfate oxide) 함량이 15~30중량%인 석고로 이루어진 그룹 중 선택된 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 강도보조재 5~15중량부를 포함하고,
상기 강도 보조재는 상기 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말 및 상기 경소백운석 미분말 중 어느 하나를 포함하는, 콤팩션 그라우팅 공법용 친환경 모르타르 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 석고는 천연 석고, 배연 탈황석고, 페트로 코크스 탈황석고, 및 석탄 코크스 탈황석고로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것인 콤팩션 그라우팅 공법용 친환경 모르타르 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 포틀랜트 시멘트 및 고로슬래그 시멘트 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 시멘트를 더 포함하는 것인 콤팩션 그라우팅 공법용 친환경 모르타르 조성물. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 시멘트는 상기 석분 100중량부에 대하여 20~50중량부로 혼입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩션 그라우팅 공법용 친환경 모르타르 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 이산화규소(SiO2) 함량이 30~65중량%인 석탄 연소 플라이애시를 더 포함하는 것인 콤팩션 그라우팅 공법용 친환경 모르타르 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 석탄 연소 플라이애시는 상기 석분 100중량부에 대하여 10~100중량부로 포함되는 것인 콤팩션 그라우팅공법용 친환경 모르타르 조성물.
