Claims (12)
- 이차 입자의 평균 입경(D50)이 3.0 내지 25.0 ㎛, BET 비표면적값(BET)이 0.1 내지 20.0 m2/g, 탭 밀도(TD)가 1.0 내지 3.5 g/cm3이고, 이차 입자의 평균 입경(D50)과 비표면적값(BET)이 하기 관계식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말.

D50<12, BET≤-12.536×LN(D50)+32.65
D50≥12, BET≤1.5 - 제1항에 있어서, 이차 입자의 평균 입경(D50)과 탭 밀도(TD)가 하기 관계식 2를 만족하는 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말.

D50<17, TD≥1.627×LN(D50)-1.65
D50≥17, TD≥3.0 - 제1항에 있어서, 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말의 X선 회절 패턴에 있어서, (110)면과 (003)면의 결정자 크기비(D110/D003)가 0.50 내지 2.00이고, 이차 입자의 평균 입경(D50)과 결정자 크기비(D110/D003)가 하기 관계식 3을 만족하는 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말.

D50<12, D110/D003≤-1.083×LN(D50)+3.65
D50≥12, D110/D003≤1.00 - 제3항에 있어서, (003)면의 결정자 크기가 300 내지 700 Å이고, (110)면의 결정자 크기가 300 내지 800 Å인 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 이차 입경이 15.0 내지 25.0 ㎛, 비표면적값(BET)이 0.1 내지 1.5 m2/g, 탭 밀도(TD)가 2.5 내지 3.5 g/cm3인 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말.
- 수용액 내에 코발트염을 함유하는 용액과 알칼리 용액을 동시에 적하 중화하고, 빠르게 산화 반응을 행하여 옥시수산화코발트 입자를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말의 제조법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응기에 농축기를 연결하고, 반응기의 수용액 내에 코발트염을 함유하는 용액과 알칼리 용액을 동시에 적하·중화하고, 빠르게 산화 반응을 행하여 옥시수산화코발트 입자를 함유하는 반응 슬러리로 하고, 반응기에서 생성한 반응 슬러리를 반응기와 농축기 사이에 순환시키고, 알칼리 수용액으로서는 수산화나트륨만을 이용하는 것인 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말의 제조법.
- 이차 입자의 평균 입경(D50)이 15.0 내지 25.0 ㎛, BET 비표면적값(BET)이 0.10 내지 0.30 m2/g, 압축 밀도(CD 2.5 t/cm2)가 3.65 내지 4.00 g/cm3, 총 알칼리량이 0.10 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트산리튬 입자 분말.
- 제8항에 있어서, 코발트산리튬 입자 분말의 X선 회절 패턴에 있어서 (003)면과 (104)면의 강도비 I(104)/I(003)가 0.70 내지 1.20인 코발트산리튬 입자 분말.
- 제8항에 있어서, 잔존 Co3O4량이 1000 ppm 이하인 코발트산리튬 입자 분말.
- 수용액 내에 코발트염을 함유하는 용액과 알칼리 용액을 동시에 적하 중화하고, 빠르게 산화 반응을 행하여 옥시수산화코발트 입자를 얻고, 상기 옥시수산화코발트 입자와 리튬 화합물을 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 600 내지 1100℃의 온도 범위에서 열 처리를 행하는 코발트산리튬 입자 분말의 제조법이며, 상기 옥시수산화코발트 입자 분말은 평균 이차 입경(D50)이 15.0 내지 25.0 ㎛, 비표면적값(BET)이 0.1 내지 1.5 m2/g, 탭 밀도(TD)가 2.5 내지 3.5 g/cm3인 것을 특징으로 하는 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 코발트산리튬 입자 분말의 제조법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 코발트산리튬 입자 분말을 함유하는 정극을 포함하는 비수전해질 이차 전지.
