Claims (11)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 원사의 염색 방법:
a) 원사를 염색기에 넣고 폴리옥시에틸렌트리데실에테르(Polyoxyethylene Tridecyl ether) 및 알킬알콜에톡실레이트(Alkyl alcohol(C8-C16) ethoxylates)를 포함하는 정련제를 넣어 50℃ 내지 70℃에서 전처리하는 단계;
b) 상기 a)단계의 염색기 안에 제4급 암모늄 화합물, 2-시아노구아딘-N-(2-아미노에틸)에탄-1,2-디아민하이드로클로라이드, 폴리(디알리디메틸암모늄클로라이드) 및 디에틸렌글리콜을 포함하는 양이온화 시약을 처리하는 단계;
c) 상기 b)단계의 염색기 안에 알칼리제를 투입하여 pH를 9 내지 10으로 조절하는 단계;
d) 상기 c)단계의 염색기 안에 염료를 5분 내지 20분 동안에 걸쳐 투입하고, 촉염제와 알칼리제를 첨가하여 염색하는 단계; 및
e) 상기 d)단계의 염색기 안에 아크릴폴리머소듐염(Acrylic polymer Sodium Salt)를 포함하는소핑제를 공업용수 1L당 0.5 내지 3g 투입하고 80℃ 내지 100℃에서 10 내지 30분간 반복 처리하는 단계;
f) 상기 e)단계의 염색기 안에 2-시아노구아딘-N-(2-아미노에틸)에탄-1,2-디아민하이드로클로라이드(2-cyanoguanidine - N-(2-aminoethyl)ethane-1,2-diamine hydrochloride), 폴리(디알리디메틸암모늄클로라이드)용액(Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) solution), 및 디에틸렌글리콜(Diethylene glycol)을 포함하는 반응성 고착제를 첨가하고 30 내지 50℃에서 10 내지 30분간 고착시켜주는 단계; 및
g) 상기 f) 단계의 염색기 안에 유연제를 처리하는 단계.

상기 c)단계에서 알칼리제는 알칼리 완충용액 또는 소다회(Na2CO3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

상기 d)단계에서 촉염제는 소금 및 망초인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계에서 염료는 이가성 염료(Bifunctional Type) 또는 비닐설폰계 염료(Vinyl sulfone Type), 비스모노클로로트리아진계 염료(Bis Monochlorotriazine Type)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
