- Ba 및 Ti를 포함하는 페로브스카이트형 화합물을 주성분으로 하고, 또한 Re1(Re1은 La, Nd의 적어도 1종의 원소), Y, Mg, Fe를 포함하는 유전체 세라믹으로서,
Ti의 함유량을 100몰부로 했을 때,

Ba/(Ba+Ca)의 몰비(α)가 0.4≤α≤1인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 주성분의 상기 페로브스카이트형 화합물이 티탄산 바륨이고, 상기 α가 α=1인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유전체 세라믹은 대기 중에서 소성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전체 세라믹과, 상기 유전체 세라믹의 양쪽 주면(主面)에 스퍼터링법에 의해 형성된 전극을 포함하는 단판 콘덴서.
