Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은, 발광 다이오드 상에 배치되고 서로 대향되게 형성되는 제1 기판 및 제2 기판; 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 배치되고, 홀이 형성되어 있는 시트; 상기 홀에 채워지는 QD(quantum dot); 및 상기 제1 기판과 상기 시트의 하면 및 상기 제2 기판과 상기 시트의 상면 사이에 형성되되, 상기 홀의 테두리를 따라 형성되는 밀봉재를 포함하되, 상기 시트는 상기 밀봉재와 상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판의 레이저 씰링을 가능하게 하는 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드의 색변환용 기판 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (10)
- 발광 다이오드 상에 배치되고 서로 대향되게 형성되는 제1 기판 및 제2 기판;
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 배치되고, 홀이 형성되어 있는 시트;
상기 홀에 채워지는 QD(quantum dot); 및
상기 제1 기판과 상기 시트의 하면 및 상기 제2 기판과 상기 시트의 상면 사이에 형성되되, 상기 홀의 테두리를 따라 형성되는 밀봉재;
를 포함하되,
상기 시트는 상기 밀봉재와 상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판의 레이저 씰링을 가능하게 하는 물질로 이루어지고,
상기 시트는, 표면이 아노다이징(anodizing)된 알루미늄 호일 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드의 색변환용 기판.

상기 밀봉재는 프릿 유리(frit glass)인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드의 색변환용 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발광 다이오드는 청색 발광 다이오드이고, 상기 QD는 상기 청색 발광 다이오드로부터 발광된 광의 일부를 황색으로 파장 변환시키는 QD인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드의 색변환용 기판.
- 표면에 홀이 형성되어 있는 시트를 준비하는 시트 준비단계;
제1 기판 상에 상기 홀을 테두리하는 형태로 제1 밀봉재를 도포하는 제1 밀봉재 도포단계;
상기 제1 밀봉재로 테두리되는 영역 내에 상기 홀이 위치하도록 상기 시트를 상기 제1 밀봉재 상에 얼라인하는 시트 얼라인단계;
상기 홀에 QD를 채우는 QD 충진단계;
제2 기판 상에 상기 QD가 채워진 상기 홀을 테두리 가능하도록 제2 밀봉재를 도포하는 제2 밀봉재 도포단계; 및
상기 제2 밀봉재가 상기 홀을 테두리하도록 제2 기판을 상기 시트 상에 배치한 후 레이저를 조사하여 밀봉하는 레이저 씰링단계;
를 포함하되,
상기 시트 준비단계는,
알루미늄 호일로 이루어진 상기 시트에 상기 홀이 형성되도록 가공하는 과정, 및
상기 시트를 아노다이징하여, 상기 시트의 표면에 알루미나 피막을 형성하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드의 색변환용 기판 제조방법.

상기 제1 밀봉재 도포단계 및 상기 제2 밀봉재 도포단계에서는 상기 제1 밀봉재 및 상기 제2 밀봉재로 페이스트 형태의 프릿 유리를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드의 색변환용 기판 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 시트에 상기 홀을 복수 개로 형성하고, 복수 개의 상기 홀 각각에 대해 상기 제1 밀봉재 도포단계, 상기 시트 얼라인단계, 상기 QD 충진단계, 상기 제2 밀봉재 도포단계 및 상기 레이저 씰링단계를 차례로 진행한 후, 상기 제1 밀봉재 및 상기 제2 밀봉재로 구획되는 셀(cell)별로 커팅하는 커팅단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드의 색변환용 기판 제조방법.
