Description
도 2는 생쥐(rats)들에서의 시신경 파괴(Optic Nerve Crush) 후의 망막 신경절 세포 재생을 유도하기 위한 상승 투여량(Escalating Doses)의 dsRhoA 화합물의 능력을 측정하기 위한 생체 내 연구에서 dsRhoA 처리 후의 평균 망막 신경절 세포 생존율(Mean RGC survival)을 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (85)
- RHOA_48(시퀀스 동정 번호: 79 및 113)로서 기술된 올리고뉴클레오티드 또는 RHOA_48u(시퀀스 동정 번호: 80 및 114)로서 기술된 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 이중 가닥 핵산 분자 또는 이러한 이중 가닥 핵산 분자의 약제학적으로 수용가능한 염으로서,
