Claims (7)
- 바륨 산화물을 준비하는 단계;
마그네슘(Mg)을 포함하는 마그네슘 용탕에 상기 바륨 산화물을 투입하여 상기 바륨 산화물을 환원하는 단계; 및
상기 바륨 산화물로부터 환원된 바륨과 상기 마그네슘이 바륨-마그네슘 합금을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 마그네슘의 일부는 상기 바륨 산화물을 환원하는 환원제로서 기능하여, 상기 바륨 산화물로부터 환원에 의하여 배출된 산소와 결합하여 마그네슘 산화물을 형성하고,
상기 마그네슘의 다른 일부는 상기 바륨 산화물로부터 환원된 바륨과 결합하여 상기 바륨-마그네슘 합금을 형성하는, 바륨 마그네슘 합금의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바륨 산화물은 산화바륨(BaO)을 포함하는, 바륨 마그네슘 합금의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바륨 산화물은 과산화바륨(BaO2)을 포함하고, 상기 환원제는 탄소(C)를 더 포함하는, 바륨 마그네슘 합금의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바륨 산화물을 준비하는 단계;는
과산화바륨(BaO2)을 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 과산화바륨과 탄소의 반응에 의하여 산화바륨(BaO)을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는, 바륨 마그네슘 합금의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마그네슘을 포함하는 환원제를 사용하여 상기 바륨 산화물을 환원하는 단계는, 산화바륨을 관(pipe)을 통하여 마그네슘 용탕에 첨가하는, 바륨 마그네슘 합금의 제조 방법. - 바륨 산화물 분말과 마그네슘 분말을 혼합한 혼합체를 압축하여 펠렛을 형성하는 단계;
상기 펠렛을 마그네슘 용탕에 투입하는 단계; 및
상기 바륨 산화물 분말로부터 환원된 바륨과 상기 마그네슘 분말 또는 상기 마그네슘 용탕의 마그네슘이 바륨-마그네슘 합금을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 마그네슘의 일부는 상기 바륨 산화물을 환원하는 환원제로서 기능하여, 상기 바륨 산화물로부터 환원에 의하여 배출된 산소와 결합하여 마그네슘 산화물을 형성하고,
상기 마그네슘의 다른 일부는 상기 바륨 산화물로부터 환원된 바륨과 결합하여 상기 바륨-마그네슘 합금을 형성하는, 바륨 마그네슘 합금의 제조 방법.
