도 2는 미등을 통해 구현되는 입체 발광이미지를 보여주기 위한 도면,
도 3과 도 4는 본 발명에 따라 미등 점등시 입체 발광이미지가 구현되지 않는 비점등 무효영역을 이용해서 제동등의 발광이미지가 구현되는 상태를 설명하기 위한 도면,
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 리어램프를 설명하기 위한 도 3의 단면도,
도 6은 도 5에 적용된 광원모듈의 단면도,

Claims (13)
- 미등과 제동등의 기능을 하나의 점등영역에서 함께 구현할 수 있는 광원모듈을 포함하되;
상기 광원모듈은 다수개의 미등용 LED 광원;
상기 미등용 LED 광원으로의 전류공급을 제어하는 것으로 상기 미등용 LED 광원마다 각각 한 개씩 전기적으로 접속되게 설치된 다수개의 미등용 분할 PCB;
상기 미등용 분할 PCB위에 동시에 적층되게 설치된 것으로 상기 미등용 LED 광원의 빛을 이용해서 원하는 패턴의 입체 발광이미지를 구현할 수 있도록 옵틱이 형성된 미등용 패턴필름;
상기 미등용 패턴필름상에 적층된 것으로 상기 미등용 LED 광원의 빛을 상기 미등용 패턴필름의 전구간에 걸쳐 균일하게 전달하는 광학레진; 및
상기 미등용 LED 광원사이에 설치되어서 제동등의 발광이미지를 구현하는 제동등용 LED 광원;을 포함하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광원모듈은 상기 미등용 분할 PCB와 제동등용 LED 광원이 고정되게 설치되고, 적층된 상기 미등용 패턴필름과 광학레진의 측면부 및 후방부를 일체로 커버링하며, 상기 제동등용 LED 광원의 빛을 전방으로 조사하기 위한 원호형상 반사부가 형성된 브라켓; 및
상기 브라켓에서 상기 미등용 패턴필름과 대면하는 전면 및 상기 반사부의 내면에 결합된 것으로 상기 미등용 LED 광원의 점등시에는 후방으로 산란되는 광원의 빛을 전방으로 되반사시키고, 상기 제동등용 LED 광원의 점등시에는 광원의 빛을 전방으로 반사시키며, 상기 미등용 LED 광원과 상기 제동등용 LED 광원의 비점등시에는 증착에 의한 히든(hidden)효과를 구현하는 증착 반사면을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 광원모듈은 상기 광학레진상에 적층된 것으로 상기 광학레진을 보호하면서 상기 광학레진의 형상을 유지시키는 보호필름을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 광원모듈은 상기 광학레진의 테두리를 따라 일체로 결합된 것으로 상기 미등용 LED 광원의 비점등시에 상기 증착 반사면과 함께 증착에 의한 베젤이미지를 구현하는 베젤을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 미등용 패턴필름에서 상기 원호형상 반사부와 대면하는 부위는 커팅되고;
상기 미등용 패턴필름의 커팅부에는 제동등용 패턴필름이 설치되고;
상기 제동등용 패턴필름에는 상기 제동등용 LED 광원의 빛을 이용해서 원하는 패턴의 제동등 발광이미지를 구현할 수 있도록 옵틱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제동등용 패턴필름에 형성된 옵틱은 상기 제동등용 LED 광원의 배광효율의 향상을 위해 상기 미등용 패턴필름에 형성된 옵틱과 서로 다른 방향성을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제동등용 패턴필름에 형성된 옵틱은 상기 미등용 패턴필름에 형성된 옵틱과 90도 각도를 이루도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 미등용 LED 광원은 상기 브라켓의 상측부와 하측부에서 상기 브라켓의 좌우방향을 따라 소정 간격으로 이격되고 설치되고;
상기 제동등용 LED 광원은 상기 브라켓의 상하방향 중간부에 설치되거나 또는 상기 브라켓의 상측부와 하측부에서 상기 미등용 LED 광원사이마다 한 개씩 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광원모듈은 하나의 점등영역을 갖는 램프하우징에 고정되고;
상기 램프하우징은 차체에 고정되게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광원모듈은 곡면으로 휘어짐이 가능하게 플렉시블(flexible)한 판 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 리어램프. - 삭제
