Claims (10)
- 주로 흡음 특성을 가지는 적어도 하나의 흡음 구역과 음향 매스-스프링 특성을 가지는 적어도 하나의 다른 차음 구역을 포함하고 있는 방음 트림 부품으로서, 상기 흡음 구역이 적어도 하나의 다공성 섬유 레이어를 구비하고 있고, 상기 차음 구역이 적어도 매스 레이어 및 디커플링 레이어를 구비하고 있는 방음 트림 부품에 있어서, 상기 매스 레이어는 박형 불침투성 배리어 레이어와, 흡음 구역에서와 동일한 다공성 섬유 레이어이지만 차음 구역에서 적어도 96·AW·t의 동적 영률(Pa)(여기에서, AW는 다공성 섬유 레이어의 단위 면적당 무게(g/m2), t는 다공성 섬유 레이어의 두께(mm))로 조절된 다공성 섬유 레이어로 이루어지고, 상기 박형 불침투성 배리어 레이어는 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어와 상기 디커플링 레이어 사이에 위치하여, 모든 레이어가 함께 적층되고, 흡음 구역에서의 다공성 섬유 레이어의 두께가 차음 구역에서의 다공성 섬유 레이어의 두께보다 더 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡음 구역 및/또는 상기 차음 구역은 2개 이상의 구역으로 되어 있고, 같은 종류의 방음 특성의 구역들의 두께는 다른 종류의 방음 특성의 구역들과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 단위 면적당 무게(AW)는 500 내지 2000(g/m2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 차음 구역에서의 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 두께(t)는 1 내지 10(mm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡음 구역에서의 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 두께(t)는 적어도 4(mm) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 상부에 부가적인 흡음 레이어를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 상부에 부가적인 스크림을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로 장식 레이어 또는 카펫 레이어를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 흡음 구역 또는 차음 구역 또는 부가적인 흡음 특성을 구비한 차음 구역을 포함하고 있는 방음 트림 부품을 자동차 또는 트럭과 같은 차량의 대쉬 이너, 바닥부 덮개 또는 휠 라이너와 같은 자동차 부품의 방음을 위해 사용하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 흡음 구역에서의 상기 다공성 섬유 레이어의 두께(t)는 4 내지 25(mm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 트림 부품.
