Abstract
Description
도 1-(b)는 본 발명의 생분해성 수지 조성물을 사용하여 실시예 2의 방법으로 얻어진 성형물을 나타낸다.
도 1-(c)는 본 발명의 생분해성 수지 조성물을 사용하여 실시예 3의 방법으로 얻어진 성형물을 나타낸다.
도 1-(d)는 본 발명의 생분해성 수지 조성물을 사용하여 실시예 4의 방법으로 얻어진 성형물을 나타낸다.
도 1-(e)는 본 발명의 생분해성 수지 조성물을 사용하여 비교예 1의 방법으로 얻어진 성형물을 나타낸다.
Claims (11)
- (A) 결정형 폴리락트산이 60 내지 90중량%와 무정형 폴리락트산이 10 내지 40중량% 포함하는 폴리락트산 50 내지 85 중량% 및 (B) 폴리부텔렌아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트 15 내지 50중량%을 포함하는 혼합물에,
(C) 과산화물;과 디이소시아네이트 및 가교제 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 성분;을 포함하는 점도조절제를 포함하며,
상기 가교제는 트리아릴이소시아뉴레이트(Trially isocyanulate, TAIC) 박스(2,2′-비스(2-옥사졸린))(Box(2,2′-bis(2-oxazoline))), 트리메티롤프로판 트리아크릴레이트(Trimethylolpropane triacrylate, TMPTA), 부틸아크릴레이트 메틸메타아크릴레이트 가지형 공중합체(Butyl acrylate-methylmethacrylate grafted co-polymer), 부틸아크릴레이트 고무-스타이렌 공중합체(Butyl acrylate rubber-styrene copolymer), 스타이렌 아크릴 공중합체(Styrene acrylate copolymer), 개질된 우레토이민(Poly(modified uretonimine)), 폴리카보디이미드(Polycarbodiimide), 비스-(2,6-디이소프로필페닐) 카보이미드(Bis-(2,6- diisopropylphenyl) carbodimide), 모노메릭 카보디이미드(Monomeric carbodiimide) 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.

상기 생분해성 수지 조성물에 대하여,
점도 조절제, 무기필러 및 가공용 첨가제에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상을 더 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.

- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리락트산과 폴리부텔렌아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 점도 조절제 0.1 내지 2.0 중량부를 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러는 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 마그네슘 카본네이트, 경탄, 클레이, 질탄화물, 실리카 및 알루미늄 중 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리락트산과 폴리부텔렌아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 무기 필러 5 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 가공용 첨가제는 산화방지제, 아마이드계 활제 및 안료에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 성분을 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리락트산과 폴리부텔렌아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 산화방지제 0.2 내지 0.5 중량부, 아마이드계 활제 1 내지 5 중량부 및 안료 1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 기재된 생분해성 수지 조성물을 사용하여 시트 성형하여 제조한 포장용기.
