Abstract
Description
본 발명의 배경이 되는 기술은 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2013-0024727호(2013.03.08)에 개시되어 있다.
도 2는 비교예로서 생체적합성 고분자인 히알루론산 벤질에스테르가 단독으로 함유된 방사액으로 전기방사를 수행하여 형성된 나노 섬유를 SEM으로 촬영한 사진으로서, 도 2 하단의 bar는 1 ㎛이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따라 생체적합성 고분자인 히알루론산 벤질에스테르에 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO)가 일정량 배합된 방사액으로 전기방사를 수행하여 형성된 나노 섬유를 광학현미경(500배)으로 촬영한 사진이다. 도 3의 좌측은 히알루론산 벤질에스테르와 PEO가 8:1의 중량비로 배합된 방사액을 사용하여 형성된 나노 섬유이고, 우측은 히알루론산 벤질에스테르와 PEO가 4:1의 중량비로 배합된 방사액을 사용하여 형성된 나노 섬유이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 생체적합성 고분자인 히알루론산 벤질에스테르에 PEO가 일정량 배합된 방사액으로 전기방사를 수행하여 형성된 나노 섬유를 SEM으로 촬영한 사진이다. 히알루론산 벤질에스테르와 PEO가 8:1의 중량비로 배합된 방사액을 사용하여 형성된 나노 섬유를 촬영하였으며, 도 4의 좌측은 형성 후에 PEO를 제거하기 전의 나노 섬유이고 우측은 PEO를 제거한 뒤의 나노 섬유를 촬영한 사진으로서, 도 4 하단의 bar는 1 ㎛이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따라 생체적합성 고분자인 히알루론산 벤질에스테르에 폴리비닐알코올(PVA)이 일정량 배합된 방사액으로 전기방사를 수행하여 형성된 나노 섬유를 광학현미경(500배)으로 촬영한 사진이다. 도 5의 좌측은 히알루론산 벤질에스테르와 PVA가 8:1의 중량비로 배합된 방사액을 사용하여 형성된 나노 섬유를 촬영한 사진이고, 우측은 히알루론산 벤질에스테르와 PVA가 4:1의 중량비로 배합된 방사액을 사용하여 형성된 나노 섬유를 촬영한 사진이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따라 히알루론산 벤질에스테르에 수용성 고분자가 배합된 방사액으로 전기방사 처리하여 미세한 크기의 나노 섬유를 형성, 제조하는 공정을 개략적으로 도시한 플로 차트이다.

Claims (8)
- 휘발성 용매에 용해되어 있는 히알루론산 벤질에스테르를 함유하는 전기방사용 조성물을 준비하는 단계로서, 상기 전기방사용 조성물은 상기 히알루론산 벤질에스테르와, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알코올 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되고 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 50,000 ~ 1,000,000 Da 범위인 수용성 고분자가 16 : 1 내지 4 : 1의 중량비로 상기 휘발성 용매 중에 함유되어 있는 전기방사용 조성물을 준비하는 단계;
상기 전기방사용 조성물을 사용하여 전기방사 처리를 수행하는 단계; 및
상기 수용성 고분자를 제거하는 단계
를 포함하는 나노 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전기방사용 조성물 중에 상기 히알루론산 벤질에스테르와 상기 수용성 고분자는 8 : 1 내지 4 : 1의 중량비로 배합되어 있는 나노 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 휘발성 용매는 디메틸포름아마이드(DMF) 및 할로겐으로 치환된 C1 ~ C5의 지방족 알코올로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 고분자는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드이며, 상기 휘발성 용매는 헥사플루오로이소프로판올인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 히알루론산 벤질에스테르는 상기 휘발성 용매 중에 1 ~ 20 중량(w/v)%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 전기방사 단계는 인가전압 10 ~ 30 ㎸, 상기 전기방사용 조성물이 니들 팁에서 토출되는 속도 0.1 ~ 5.0 ㎖/h, 상기 니들 팁에서 집전판(collector)까지의 방사 거리 5 ~ 25 ㎝의 조건에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 섬유의 제조 방법. - 삭제
