도 2는 본 발명에 의해 얻어지는 촉매의 XRD 분석결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (13)
- a) 3가의 산화철을 포함하는 산화철 분말 또는 3가의 산화수산화철을 포함하는 분말 또는 이들의 혼합물 분말을 수용액에 혼합하는 단계;
b) 상기 수용액에 구리 전구체와 팔라듐 전구체를 혼합하는 단계;
c) 상기 전구체를 포함하는 혼합물을 건조하는 단계;
d) 상기 건조된 전구체 혼합물 300 내지 450℃에서 소성하는 단계; 및
e) 소성된 성분을 환원제로 환원하는 단계를 포함하는 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 a)단계의 수용액에 염산 수용액을 혼합하거나, 또는 b) 단계의 구리전구체 또는 팔라듐 전구체에 염산 수용액을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원반응에 의해 분해시키는 이중금속 촉매의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 3가의 산화철은 헤마타이트(α-Fe2O3, hematite), 마그네타이트(Fe3O4, magnetite) 및 마그헤마이트(γ-Fe2O3, maghemite) 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중금속 촉매의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 3가의 산화수산화철은 고에타이트(α-FeOOH, goethite), 아카저나이트(β-FeOOH, akagenite) 및 레피도크로사이트(γ-FeOOH, lepidocrosite) 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중금속 촉매의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구리 전구체와 팔라듐 전구체의 함량비는 몰비로서 각각 10:1 내지 1:10인 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원반응에 의해 분해시키는 이중금속 촉매의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구리 나노입자와 팔라듐 나노입자는 각각 얻어지는 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.05 내지 10 wt%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원반응에 의해 분해시키는 이중금속 촉매의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 e)단계에서 사용되는 환원제는 NaBH4 및 수소 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원반응에 의해 분해시키는 이중금속 촉매의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 e)단계 이후에, 얻어지는 촉매를 필터하고 세척하는 공정을 포함하는 촉매의 정제 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원반응에 의해 분해시키는 이중금속 촉매의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해 얻어지며, 헤마타이트 담체를 포함하고 상기 담체 내에 구리 나노입자와 팔라듐 나노입자가 담지된 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원반응에 의해 분해시키는 이중금속 촉매.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 헤마타이트 담체는 고에타이트, 레피도크로사이트, 헤마타이트 및 마그네타이트 중에서 선택되는 3가의 산화철 또는 3가의 산화수산화철을 원료로 사용함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원반응에 의해 분해시키는 이중금속 촉매. - 제8항에 기재된 이중금속 촉매를 사용하여 질산성 질소를 환원 반응에 의해 제거하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 질산성 질소의 환원은 5℃ 내지 35℃의 반응온도에서 혐기조건(anaerobic condition) 또는 환원성 가스 하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원 반응에 의해 제거하는 방법. - 제11항에 있어, 상기 환원성 가스는 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산성 질소를 환원 반응에 의해 제거하는 방법.
- 지하수 또는 폐수에 포함된 질산성 질소를 제8항에 기재된 이중금속 촉매를 사용하여 환원 반응에 의해 제거함으로써, 지하수 또는 폐수에 포함된 수분을 정화하는 방법.
