Claims (8)
- 제1 유리 기판(20), 하나 이상의 중합체 개재층(21), 제2 유리 기판(22), 플라스틱 기판(23) 및 제3 유리 기판(24)을 포함하고,- 중합체 개재층(21)은 20℃ 및 200 Hz에서 향상된 음향 댐핑 특성, 즉 0.6 이상의 손실 계수(tanδ)와 2×107 N/m2 미만의 전단 계수(G')를 갖는 재료를 포함하고,- 중합체 개재층(21)의 한 면 상에 배치된 제1 유리 기판(20)의 중량은 글레이징의 총 중량의 20% 이상이고, 중합체 개재층(21)의 다른 면 상에 배치된 다른 요소 모두의 중량이 또한 글레이징의 총 중량의 20% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 향상된 음향 차단 특성을 갖는, 항공기 글레이징에 사용되는 음향 글레이징.
- 제1 유리 기판(20), 하나 이상의 중합체 개재층(21), 및 두께 15 mm 이상의 유리 및 플라스틱층의 다양한 조합된 기판을 포함하고,- 중합체 개재층(21)은 20℃ 및 200 Hz에서 향상된 음향 댐핑 특성, 즉 0.6 이상의 손실 계수(tanδ)와 2×107 N/m2 미만의 전단 계수(G')를 갖는 재료를 포함하고,- 중합체 개재층(21)의 한 면 상에 배치된 제1 유리 기판(20)의 중량은 글레이징의 총 중량의 20% 이상이고, 중합체 개재층의 다른 면 상에 배치된 다른 요소 모두의 중량이 또한 글레이징의 총 중량의 20% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 향상된 음향 차단 특성을 갖는, 항공기 글레이징에 사용되는 음향 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 개재층(21)의 양 면에 결합된 제1 유리 기판(20) 및 제2 유리 기판(22)이 동일한 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 유리 기판(20)이 3 내지 8 mm의 두께를 갖고, 중합체 개재층(21)이 0.38 mm 이상의 두께를 갖고, 음향 글레이징은 적어도 제1 기판에 대한 반대면 상에 중합체 개재층(21)에 대해 배치된 5 내지 10 mm의 두께를 갖는 유리 기판(22), 플라스틱 기판(23) 및 3 내지 10 mm의 두께를 갖는 추가의 유리 기판(24)으로 형성된, 제1 유리 기판(20)에 대한 반대면 상에서 중합체 개재층(21)에 결합되는 적층된 조합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 개재층(21)이 음향 폴리비닐 부티랄 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 개재층(21)이 하나 이상의 음향 폴리비닐 부티랄 층과, 폴리우레탄 및/또는 표준 폴리비닐 부티랄 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플라스틱 기판(23)이 1 내지 10 mm의 두께를 갖고 표준 폴리비닐 부티랄로 제조되거나 폴리우레탄으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향 글레이징.
