Claims (15)
- 유체를 담기 위한 제어가능한 부피를 규정하는 쉘; 및
쉘 부피를 조절할 수 있게 쉘에 밀봉된 밸브 캡슐;를 포함하고,
상기 밸브 캡슐은 원격 활성화에 의해 쉘로부터 분리되어지고,
상기 밸브 캡슐은 제1 센서 및 제2 센서를 포함하는 센서 배열을 포함하고, 상기 밸브 캡슐이 셀에 밀봉되어지는 경우 상기 제1 센서는 쉘 부피 내의 압력을 감지할 수 있고, 제2 센서는 쉘 부피에 대한 외부 압력을 감지할 수 있으며,
상기 센서 배열은 쉘의 디플레이션 동안 쉘 부피 내의 압력을 감지할 수 있고, 추가로 쉘로부터 밸브 캡슐의 분리 후에 위장관의 압력을 감지할 수 있는, 체중 감량을 필요로하는 환자에서 체중 감량을 용이하게 하는 데 유용한 팽창가능한 위내 풍선. - 제1항에 있어서,
쉘로부터 밸브 캡슐의 분리에 기인하여 쉘 부피로부터 유체를 빼내기 위한 원격으로 활성화되는 디플레이션 메커니즘; 및
환자의 체외로부터 원격으로 활성화되는 디플레이션 메커니즘과 통신하기 위한 원격 제어기를 추가로 포함하는 위내 풍선. - 삭제
