Claims (13)
- 이소시아네이트기-함유 아크릴 수지를 함유하는 주제; 및아크릴 폴리올 수지, 에폭시 폴리올 수지, 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 수지 및 중량평균분자량이 1000 이하인 저분자량 폴리올 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리올 수지를 함유하는 경화제를 포함하되,상기 이소시아네이트기-함유 아크릴 수지는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 아크릴 모노머를 포함하며,C1 내지 C12의 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, C3 내지 C12의 사이클로알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 및 C6 내지 C12의 비사이클로알킬(메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 비관능성 아크릴 모노머를 포함하는 투명 도료 조성물.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서,R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고,R2는 C2 내지 C12의 지방족 화합물이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,주제 60 내지 90 중량부; 및 경화제 10 내지 40 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,화학식 1로 표시되는 아크릴 모노머는 2-이소시아네이토에틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 2-이소시아네이토에틸 아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.

- 제 1항에 있어서,비관능성 아크릴 모노머는 메틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, 이소부틸(메트)아크릴레이트, n-부틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 터셔리부틸(메트)아크릴레이트, n-헥실(메트)아크릴레이트, 시클로헥실(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실(메트)아크릴레이트, n-옥틸(메트)아크릴레이트 및 이소보닐(메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,이소시아네이트기-함유 아크릴 수지는 화학식 1로 표시되는 아크릴 모노머 5 내지 80 중량부; 및 비관능성 아크릴 모노머 20 내지 95 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,이소시아네이트기-함유 아크릴 수지는 비닐계 모노머를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서,비닐계 모노머는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 비닐톨루엔 및 비닐아세테이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,이소시아네이트기-함유 아크릴 수지는 고형분 함량이 40 내지 80 중량부이고, 중량평균분자량이 1000 내지 50000인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,이소시아네이트기-함유 아크릴 수지는 고형분 100 중량부에 대하여 NCO 함량이 0.5 내지 30 중량부이고, 유리전이온도가 -20 내지 60 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,주제는 경화속도조절용 촉매, 소부온도조절용 촉매, 외관 조절제 및 자외선 흡수제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서,경화속도조절용 촉매는 디부틸틴 딜라우레이트, 트라이에틸 아민, 디에틸렌트라이 아민, 비스무트 카르복실레이트 및 지르코늄 킬레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도료 조성물.
