Claims (6)
- 폴리케톤 수지를 이용한 방열 복합소재 조성물로서,
상기 방열 복합소재 조성물은 폴리케톤 60 중량%, 열전도성 충전제로서 그라파이트 25 중량%와 유리섬유 15 중량%를 포함하고, 상기 조성물 전체 중량에 대해 가공안정제로서 제삼인산칼슘 1.5 중량%, 산화방지제 0.2 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리케톤 방열 복합소재 조성물. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 청구항 제1항의 폴리케톤 방열 복합소재 조성물을 압출성형 또는 사출성형하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 성형품의 열전도도는 3~10 W/mK인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 성형품은 방열 부품으로서, 산업용 및 자동차용 LED 램프 히트싱크 또는 CPU/ECU 하우징(housing) 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
