Claims (8)
- 금속 및 비 용해성 산화물을 포함하는 광석 내의 금속으로부터 유효금속을 회수하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 광석의 과립 또는 미립자 분말을 환원가스를 이용하여 환원시키는 단계;
환원된 광석을 산(acid) 용액과 반응시켜, 상기 금속을 수용액 내의 금속 이온(ion)으로 침출시키는 단계;
상기 수용액에 상기 환원된 광석을 재 투입하거나 석출용 광석을 투입하여 상기 유효금속의 이온을 상기 유효금속의 입자로 석출하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 환원가스는 공정 내의 순환을 통해 발생한 가스를 포함하고,
상기 공정 내의 순환을 통해 발생한 가스는 상기 환원된 광석을 산(acid) 용액과 반응 시, 상기 금속이 용해되면서 발생되는 수소 가스를 포함하는 것인,
유효금속의 회수 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광석의 과립 또는 미립자 분말에 환원가스를 공급하여 환원시키는 단계 이전에,
상기 금속 중 상기 유효금속 외의 금속의 일부를 용해시키는 과정을 더 포함하는, 유효금속의 회수 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 환원가스는 H2 및 CO의 부피의 합이 전체 부피의 20 내지 100%이고, 탄화수소(HC)의 부피는 H2 및 CO의 합의 부피의 50% 이하이며, H2O의 부피는 H2의 부피의 100% 이하, CO2의 부피는 CO의 부피의 100%비율 이하인, 유효금속의 회수 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 환원가스는 추가적으로 외부로부터 공급되는 가스인, 유효금속의 회수 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 환원된 광석을 산(acid) 용액과 반응시켜, 상기 금속을 수용액 내의 금속 이온(ion)으로 침출시키는 단계는,
상기 환원된 광석을 산(acid) 용액과 반응시켜, 상기 금속 중 상기 유효금속 외의 금속 일부를 침출 용해하여 제거하는 제1단계와,
상기 제1단계에서 생성된 슬러지를 분리하고, 재차 산(acid) 용액과 반응시켜, 상기 유효금속을 금속 이온(ion)으로 침출시키는 제2단계
를 포함하는, 유효금속의 회수 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산(acid)은 염산, 황산, 질산, 및 인산 중 적어도 하나인 것이며, 상기 산(acid) 용액의 산성도는 pH3 이하인, 유효금속의 회수 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용액에 상기 환원된 광석을 재 투입하거나 석출용 광석을 투입하여 상기 유효금속의 이온을 상기 유효금속의 입자로 환원시키는 단계에서,
상기 금속 중 상기 유효금속 외의 금속은 일부가 환원되고, 나머지 일부가 산화물 상태로 상기 수용액에 잔류하게 되는, 유효금속의 회수 방법.
