Abstract
Description
또한, 도광판의 전면에 확산판을 배치하고, 후면에 반사시트를 배치한 선행특허는 한국공개특허 제1020120139525호 및 제2006-0007518호 등이 있으나, 이러한 구성은 제조단계가 복잡해지고, 확산판의 추가 구성으로 인해 광손실에 의한 휘도 저하를 야기할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도광판용 반사시트의 평면도이다.

Claims (20)
- 도광판용 반사시트에 형성되는 양각패턴 광확산 부재용 광확산 조성물에 있어서,
1000 내지 6000 cP의 점도를 갖는 점접착 수지 50 내지 100 중량부;
광경화제 0.1 내지 10 중량부;
희석 용매 20 내지 100 중량부; 및
입경이 0.01㎛ 내지 3㎛인 백색의 무기산화물 광확산 입자 20 내지 50 중량부;
를 포함하는 양각패턴 광확산 부재용 광확산 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점접착 수지는,
폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리올계 수지, 우레탄계 수지, 실리콘계 수지 및 러버계 수지, 셀룰로오즈 수지, 폴리 비닐, 염소화 폴리프로필렌 수지(Chlorinated polypropylene), 폴리아마이드 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 희석 용매는 에틸 아세테이트(Ethyl acetate), 메틸에틸케톤(Methyl ethyl ketone), 톨루엔(toluene), 에탄올, 에틸렌 글리콜(Ethylene Glycol), 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 조성물.
- 삭제
- 적어도 하나 이상의 수지층으로 이루어지는 반사기재; 및
상기 반사기재 상에 형성되는 양각 패턴을 가지며 광확산 조성물로 형성되는 광확산 부재;를 포함하고,
상기 광확산 조성물은 1000 내지 6000 cP의 점도를 갖는 점접착 수지 50 내지 100 중량부;
광경화제 0.1 내지 10 중량부;
희석 용매 20 내지 100 중량부; 및
입경이 0.01㎛ 내지 3㎛인 백색의 무기산화물 광확산 입자 20 내지 50 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 양각패턴은 패턴 크기(r1)가 1㎛ 내지 10㎛, 두께가 5㎛ 내지 20㎛ 및 패턴간의 간격(d1)이 0.05mm 내지 2mm인 도광판용 반사시트
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 반사기재는,
서로 다른 두 종류 이상의 수지필름을 합지하여 다층구조로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판용 반사시트.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 반사기재는,
1종의 수지필름 상에 수지 조성물을 도포하여 다층구조로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판용 반사시트.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 반사기재는 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, 불소계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 및 우레탄계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판용 반사시트.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 반사기재의 두께는 5㎛ 내지 1㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판용 반사시트.

- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 점접착 수지는 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리올계 수지, 우레탄계 수지, 실리콘계 수지 및 러버계 수지, 셀룰로오즈 수지, 폴리 비닐, 염소화 폴리프로필렌 수지(Chlorinated polypropylene), 폴리아마이드 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판용 반사시트.

상기 광확산 부재의 두께는 5㎛ 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판용 반사시트.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 광확산 부재의 패턴간 간격은 0.05㎜ 내지 2㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판용 반사시트.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 광확산 입자는 굴절율이 1.25 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도광판용 반사시트.
- 제6항 내지 8항, 제10항, 제11항, 제14항 및 제15항 중 어느 한 항의 도광판용 반사시트를 포함하는 도광판.
- 제17항의 도광판을 포함하는 LED 광고판.
