도2는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 구조의 개략도이다.
Claims (10)
- 원료입구와 원료출구를 구비하는 밀폐 가마를 포함하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치에 있어서,
상기 가마 내에 전열기가 설치되고, 상기 전열기와 가마의 내벽 사이에 석탄 물질 추진 분해 덕트가 형성되며, 상기 가마에 석탄 물질 추진 분해 덕트와 연통되는 석탄 분해 가스 수집관이 설치되며, 상기 석탄 분해 가스 수집관은 가마의 외부에 설치된 기체 집진 액화기와 연결되며, 상기 전열기는 가마에 대해 회전하도록 설치되며, 상기 가마의 내벽에 회전 추진기가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가마의 내벽에 설치된 회전 추진기는 승강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전열기는 서로 연결되는 전원, 가마 내부 온도 제어기 및 발열냉각관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 발열냉각관에 가열편이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 발열냉각관과 가마의 내벽 사이에 지지판이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 발열냉각관과 가마의 내벽 사이에 지지판이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 발열냉각관은 단일 직선관이며, 상기 단일 직선관 내에 저항선이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 발열냉각관은 단일 직선관이며, 상기 단일 직선관 내에 저항선이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 발열냉각관은 복수개의 병렬 U형관인 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 발열냉각관은 복수개의 병렬 U형관인 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 석탄 물질 분해 장치.
