Abstract
본 발명에서는 인조 잔디 술 제조용 수지를 차열재와 친수성 섬유를 혼합 및 압출하여 인조잔디 술을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의한 인조 잔디 술은 차열재의 사용에도 불구하고 인조 잔디 술의 물성이 저하되는 것을 막을 수 있으며, 차열되지 않은 적외선 에너지를 친수성 섬유에 의해서 습윤되어 있는 수분의 증발을 이용해서 방출함으로써, 과열에 의한 성능 저하를 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 70 ~90 중량%와 고밀도 폴리에티렌 10~30 중량%로 이루어진 폴리에틸렌계 인조 잔디 제조용 수지 100 중량부와, 상기 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 차열재 1~10 중량부와 친수성 섬유 1~5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차열용 인조 잔디 술 제조용 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차열 수지는 무기 차열재인 것을 특징으로 하는 차열용 인조잔디 술 제조용 수지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 난연제, UV 안정제 및 증점제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차열용 인조 잔디 술 제조용 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차열용 인조잔디 술 제조용 수지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 70~90 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차열용 인조잔디 술 제조용 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 섬유는 레이온 또는 란실인 것을 특징으로 하는 차열용 인조잔디 술 제조용 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양쪽성 화합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차열용 인조잔디 술 제조용 수지.
- 인조 잔디 술 제조용 수지를 차열재와 친수성 섬유를 혼합 및 압출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디 술을 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인조 잔디 술 제조용 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 차열재 1~10 중량부와 친수성 섬유 1~5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조 잔디 술 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 인조잔디 술 제조용 수지는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 70 ~ 90 중량%와 고밀도 폴리에티렌 10~30 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디 술 제조 방법.
