도 2는 도 1의 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓의 설치 상태도,
도 3은 도 1의 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓의 다른 설치 상태도 및 차량 충돌 예시도,
도 4는 종래 FEM직결 충전구 브라켓의 설치 상태도이다.

Claims (11)
- 차량의 프론트 엔드 모듈에 위치된 충전구가 돌출되도록 장착된 장착부;
상기 프론트 엔드 모듈을 이루는 바디를 향하도록 상기 장착부에 구비된 다수개의 장착다리부;
상기 바디에 형성된 체결부위에 착탈 가능하게 체결되도록 다수개의 상기 장착다리부에 각각 형성된 미끌림슬롯;을 포함하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓에 있어서,
상기 미끌림슬롯에는 상기 체결부위에 구비된 고정돌기에 걸쳐지는 고리부가 형성되고,
상기 고리부는 상기 미끌림슬롯의 폭방향 일측으로부터 내측으로 절삭되어 형성되되,
충돌 시, 상기 미끌림슬롯과 상기 고정돌기의 분리방향을 유도하는 경사부가 구비되며,
상기 경사부의 내측 끝단부에 상기 고정돌기가 삽입되는 고정홈이 형성되고,
충돌시 상기 경사부의 경사방향에 따라 상기 충전구 및 상기 충전구 브라켓이 바디방향으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 장착부는 판상체로써 중공되어 중공부가 형성되고,
상기 충전구가 상기 중공부에 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 장착다리부는 판상체로써 상기 체결부위와 수직이 되도록 상기 장착부의 변으로부터 각각 돌출형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 미끌림슬롯은 상기 장착다리부 끝단에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓. - 삭제

상기 경사부는 상기 미끌림슬롯의 폭방향 일측으로부터 상기 미끌림슬롯의 길이방향 중심선을 향해 소정각도로 절삭되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정홈을 기준으로 상기 경사부와 대칭을 이루도록 제2경사부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정돌기에는 상기 체결부위와 수평한 머리부가 형성되며, 상기 고리부가 상기 머리부와 상기 체결부위 사이에 내삽된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정돌기가 상기 체결부위에 고정된 나사인 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 하중을 저감 시키는 충전구 브라켓.
