실내 공기와 상기 냉매 사이의 열교환을 수행하는 실내 열교환기;
상기 냉매를 감압하는 팽창밸브를 포함하되,
상기 냉매는 메틸렌플로라이드(methylene fluoride)를 적어도 40% 포함하고,
상기 압축기는 상기 냉매를 압축하는 압축부, 상기 압축부와 연결된 회전축을 통하여 상기 압축부에 회전력을 제공하는 모터부, 상기 회전축과 상기 압축부 사이의 마찰을 감소시키고 상기 압축기의 온도를 낮추는 오일을 저장하는 오일 수용부를 포함하고,
상기 오일은 상기 압축기의 전체 체적 가운데 상기 모터부 및 상기 압축부의 체적을 제외한 상기 압축기 내부 실체적 대비 35% 내지 45%의 체적을 갖는 것인 공기조화기. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉매는 펜타플루오로에탄(penta-fluoro ethane) 및 테트라 플루오로에탄(tetra-fluoro ethane) 중에 적어도 어느 하나를 더 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오일은 상기 오일의 중량 대비 0.01% 내지 0.3%의 탄소 나노 입자를 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 오일은 크기가 3나노미터(nanometer) 내지 10나노미터인 탄소 나노 입자를 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 나노 입자는 구 또는 타원체의 형태를 갖는 플러렌(fullerene)을 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 플러렌은 60개의 탄소 원자가 공유 결합하여 구의 형태를 갖는 C60을 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압축기로부터 토출되는 상기 냉매의 온도는 상기 압축부로부터 토출되는 상기 냉매의 온도보다 8℃ 낮은 것인 공기조화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모터부는 상기 압축기의 내부에 고정되는 고정자, 상기 회전축과 연결되며 상기 고정자 내부에 회전 가능하게 마련되는 회전자를 포함하고,
상기 고정자는 회전하는 자기장을 생성하는 코일, 상기 코일을 고정시키는 코일 고정 부재를 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 코일을 절연하는 절연 부재는 140℃의 내열 온도를 갖는 절연 물질로 구성되는 것인 공기조화기. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 절연 부재는 실리콘 알키드 수지(silicon alkyd resin) 또는 실리콘 수지(silicon resin)인 것인 공기조화기. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 코일 고정 부재는 155℃까지 허용하는 내열 등급 F종 물질로 구성되는 것인 공기조화기. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 코일 고정 부재는 운모, 석면, 유리섬유 가운데 적어도 하나로 구성되는 것인 공기조화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압축기는 상기 압축부로부터 토출된 냉매를 저장하는 냉매 수용부를 더 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 압축부는,
상기 냉매를 압축하는 압축공간을 형성하는 실린더;
상기 회전축과 연결되어 상기 실린더 내부에서 편심 회전하는 롤링 피스톤;
상기 실린더의 내주면으로부터 상기 회전축을 향하여 돌출되어 상기 압축공간을 상기 냉매를 압축하는 압축실과 상기 냉매를 흡입하는 흡입실로 구획하는 베인을 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 롤링 피스톤은 상기 회전축에 대하여 편심회전하며 상기 압축실 내부의 냉매를 압축하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 압축부는 상기 압축실 내부의 냉매의 압력이 미리 정해진 압력 이상이 되면 상기 압축실 내부의 냉매를 상기 냉매 수용부로 토출하는 것인 공기조화기. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 압축부는 상기 회전축을 고정시키고 상기 실린더의 상부 및 하부를 복개(覆蓋)하여 상기 압축공간을 밀폐하는 복수의 베어링 플레이트를 더 포함하는 것인 공기조화기. - 냉매를 압축하는 압축부;
상기 압축부와 연결된 회전축을 통하여 상기 압축부에 회전력을 제공하는 모터부;
상기 회전축과 상기 압축부 사이의 마찰을 감소시키고 압축기의 온도를 낮추는 오일을 저장하는 오일 수용부를 포함하되,
상기 압축부는 상기 냉매를 압축하는 압축공간을 형성하는 실린더, 상기 회전축과 연결되어 상기 실린더 내부에서 편심 회전하는 롤링 피스톤, 상기 실린더의 내주면으로부터 상기 회전축을 향하여 돌출되어 상기 압축공간을 상기 냉매를 압축하는 압축실과 상기 냉매를 흡입하는 흡입실로 구획하는 베인을 포함하고,
