Abstract
본 발명의 일산화탄소 흡착제 제조 방법을 사용함으로써, 경쟁적 흡착대상물인 이산화탄소의 흡착량을 줄이고 일산화탄소를 선택적으로 흡착할 수 있는 일산화탄소 흡착제를 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일산화탄소 흡착제를 사용하여 일산화탄소를 선택적으로 흡착할 수 있으므로, 압력순환식 흡착장치의 공정을 간소화시킬 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 구리 금속(Cu) 및 제일 구리(Cu+)가 혼합된 구리 화합물이 다공성 쎄타-알루미나에 담지되고, 상기 구리 금속(Cu) 및 제일 구리(Cu+)의 중량비는 2~20:1인 일산화탄소 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 쎄타-알루미나의 결정성이 60% 이상인 일산화탄소 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 쎄타-알루미나의 비표면적은 30~150 m2/g 인 일산화탄소 흡착제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 쎄타-알루미나의 평균기공직경은 5~100 nm인 일산화탄소 흡착제.
- 암모니아에 구리의 산화를 방지하는 첨가제, 구리 금속(Cu) 및 제일 구리(Cu+)를 포함하는 구리 화합물을 용해시키는 구리 전구체 용액 제조 단계;
상기 구리 전구체 용액을 다공성 쎄타-알루미나에 담지시키는 구리 전구체 용액 담지 단계; 및
상기 구리 전구체 용액이 담지된 다공성 쎄타-알루미나를 비활성 가스 분위기에서 열처리하여 구리 금속(Cu) 및 제일 구리(Cu+)의 중량비가 2~20:1로 다공성 쎄타-알루미나에 담지된 흡착제를 얻는 열처리 단계
를 포함하는 일산화탄소 흡착제 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 단계는 상기 구리 전구체 용액이 담지된 다공성 쎄타-알루미나를 비활성 가스 분위기에서 4시간 이상 건조 후, 250~500℃로 열처리하는 것인 일산화탄소 흡착제 제조 방법.
