Abstract
본 발명에 따르면 실리콘 에멀젼 수지 4.0~10.0중량%, 안료 0.1~1.0중량%, 물 89~95중량%으로 혼합하여 실리콘 에멀젼 사코팅 수지를 제조하는 단계; 실리카 원사를 상기 실리콘 에멀젼 사코팅 수지가 담긴 함침통에 직접 담구어 함침하는 단계; 수지가 함침된 실리카 원사를 스퀴즈로 통과시켜 수지 함침량을 조절하고, 250~300℃의 온도에서 건조시키는 단계;로 구성된 실리콘 에멀젼 수지를 이용한 고내열성 및 난연 특성을 지닌 실리카 섬유 전용 사코팅 방법이 제공된다.

Claims (2)
- 실리콘 에멀젼 수지 4.0~10.0중량%, 안료 0.1~1.0중량%, 물 89~95중량%으로 혼합하여 실리콘 에멀젼 사코팅 수지를 제조하는 단계; 실리카 원사를 상기 실리콘 에멀젼 사코팅 수지가 담긴 함침통에 직접 담구어 함침하는 단계; 수지가 함침된 실리카 원사를 스퀴즈로 통과시켜 수지 함침량을 조절하고, 250~300℃의 온도에서 건조시키는 단계;로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 에멀젼 수지를 이용한 고내열성 및 난연 특성을 지닌 실리카 섬유 전용 사코팅 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스퀴즈는 상하 두 개의 나란한 롤러로 구성되고, 상부의 롤러는 고무 재질임을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 에멀젼 수지를 이용한 고내열성 및 난연 특성을 지닌 실리카 섬유 전용 사코팅 방법.
