Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 워셔액 통에 장착되는 워셔액용 모터펌프에 부착되는 수위센서가 펌핑 케이스 측면의 관에 장착된 경우에서, 워셔액 경고등의 미 작동 상태(a)와 작동 상태(b)를 나타낸 도면.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 수위센서가 부착된 워셔액용 모터펌프의 구성부품을 분해하여 나타낸 도면.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 워셔액 통에 장착되는 워셔액용 모터펌프에 부착되는 수위센서가 펌핑 케이스 하단의 관에 장착된 형상을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (6)
- 수위센서가 부착된 워셔액용 모터펌프에 있어서,
모터커버의 상단부와 결합되며, 전원커넥터를 둘러싸는 전원커넥터케이스와, 상기 전원커넥터케이스의 하단부와 결합되고, 펌핑케이스의 상단부와 결합되며, 모터어셈블리를 보호하는 모터커버와, 상기 모터커버의 하단부와 결합되며, 팬을 둘러싸고 워셔액의 흡입구와 토출구가 형성되어 있는 펌핑케이스를 포함하며, 모터펌프의 구성부품을 보호하는 케이스와;
상기 모터펌프에 전기를 공급하는 전원커넥터와;
상기 전원커넥터로부터 전기를 공급받아 구동되며, 워셔액 통에 저장되어 있는 워셔액이 흡입구를 통해 흡입되거나 토출구를 통해 토출되게 팬을 회전시키는 모터어셈블리와;
상기 모터어셈블리의 구동에 의해 회전되는 팬과;
상기 모터어셈블리와 팬 사이에 삽입되어 기밀을 유지시키거나 또는 펌핑 케이스의 둘레 하단부에 삽입되어 기밀을 유지시키는 고무패킹과;
상기 팬이 장착되는 펌핑 케이스의 둘레 하단부에 형성되어 있는 워셔액이 흡입되는 흡입구의 관 또는 펌핑 케이스의 둘레 측면부에 형성되어 있는 워셔액이 토출되는 토출구의 관에 삽입되고, 상기 워셔액이 흡입되는 흡입구의 관에 삽입되는 부력마그네트의 하단부가 고정되어 빠지지 않게 흡입구의 관에 단턱을 형성하며, 홀센서와 마그네트 사이에 고무패킹이 삽입되어 기밀을 유지시키고, 마그네트와 홀센서의 조합과, 마그네트와 리드스위치의 조합 중에서 어느 하나로 워셔액의 잔량을 감지하여 감지신호를 출력하는 수위센서; 을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수위센서가 부착된 워셔액용 모터펌프. - 삭제

펌핑 케이스의 상단부와 결합되며, 전원커넥터를 둘러싸는 전원커넥터케이스와;
상기 모터펌프에 전기를 공급하는 전원커넥터와;
상기 전원커넥터로부터 전기를 공급받아 구동되며, 워셔액 통에 저장되어 있는 워셔액이 흡입구를 통해 흡입되거나 토출구를 통해 토출되게 팬을 회전시키는 모터어셈블리와;
상기 모터어셈블리의 구동에 의해 회전되는 팬과;
상기 모터어셈블리와 팬이 장착되는 펌핑 케이스의 하단 둘레 측면부에 형성되어 있는 워셔액이 흡입되는 흡입구의 관에 삽입되며, 홀센서와, 힌지에 의해 마그네트가 연결되는 부력장치의 조합으로 워셔액의 잔량을 감지하여 감지신호를 출력하는 수위센서; 을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수위센서가 부착된 워셔액용 모터펌프. - 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 홀센서는 자기장하에 전기저항이 변화되는 자기센서의 일종으로서, InSb, InAs, GaAs 중의 반도체 홀 소자를 사용하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수위센서가 부착된 워셔액용 모터펌프.
