도 4는 선체에 사용되는 본 발명에 따른 다수의 보수 장치를 위쪽에서부터 도시한 개략도이다.
Claims (13)
- 큰 면적의 강 구조물 표면(200)을 위한 보수 장치(100)로서, 이동식 서포트 시스템을 지니고, 상기 서포트 시스템은 적어도 하나의 수직 서포트(10)를 구비하되, 이 수직 서포트에는 이 수직 서포트(10)를 따라 수직 방향으로 이동할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 수평 서포트(20)가 적어도 하나의 작업 부스(21, 24)를 포함하여 배치되는 상기 보수 장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 수평 서포트(20)에 적어도 2개의 아암 시스템(22, 25)이 제공되고, 적어도 하나의 아암 시스템(22, 25)에 공구 홀더가 배치되고, 상기 수평 서포트(20)는 적어도 부분적으로 수평면으로 회동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2개의 아암 시스템(22, 25) 가운데 적어도 하나의 아암 시스템은 자동화된 공구들(23)을 수용하기 위해 증분 방식으로 제어되는 5축 관절 아암 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자동화된 공구들(23)은 물 또는 다양한 입자용 분사 헤드, 도포 헤드 및 검사 시스템을 포함하는 하나의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 2개의 아암 시스템(22, 25)은 상호 독립적으로 제어될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 2개의 아암 시스템(22, 25)은 상호 종속되어 제어될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 수평 서포트(20)의 제1 단부에는 제1 아암 시스템(22)을 구비한 제1 작업 부스(21)가 제공되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 수평 서포트(20)의 제2 단부에는 제2 작업 부스(24)를 구비한 제2 아암 시스템(25)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 작업 부스(24)는 제2 아암 시스템(25)을 통해 강 구조물 표면(200)에 직접 접근할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수평 서포트(20) 및/또는 상기 수직 서포트(10)는 자체 길이로 텔레스코프 방식으로 연장될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 서포트 시스템은 실질적으로 강 구조물 표면(200)에 대해 평행하게 증분 방식으로 프로그래밍 되어 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 서포트 시스템은 레일 시스템(30) 위에서 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 서포트 시스템은 자동차에 배치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수 장치(100). - 선체(200) 및/또는 스틸 탱크 외부 벽부의 처리 및/또는 점검을 위해 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 보수 장치(100)를 사용하는 방법.
