상기 가수분해 축합물 중의 상기 R38의 에폭시기와, 상기 에폭시 변성 실리콘 오일 중의 에폭시기를 개열 및 중합시킴으로써, 상기 가수분해 축합물을 가교시킴과 함께, 상기 실리콘 오일을 상기 축합물과 가교시켜서 상기 표면층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대전 부재의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 기재된 대전 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 화학식 17, 18 및 26으로 각각 표시되는 가수분해성 화합물로부터 합성되는 가수분해 축합물과, 상기 화학식 23 내지 25로 각각 표시되는 에폭시 변성 실리콘 오일 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 도료의 도막을 상기 도전성 탄성층의 외주에 형성하는 공정과,
상기 가수분해 축합물 중의 상기 R38의 에폭시기와, 상기 에폭시 변성 실리콘 오일 중의 에폭시기를 개열 및 중합시킴으로써, 상기 가수분해 축합물을 가교시킴과 함께, 상기 실리콘 오일을 상기 축합물과 가교시켜서 상기 표면층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대전 부재의 제조 방법. - 전자 사진 감광체와, 상기 전자 사진 감광체에 접촉하여 배치되는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 대전 부재를 갖고, 전자 사진 장치 본체에 착탈 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 프로세스 카트리지.
- 전자 사진 감광체와, 상기 전자 사진 감광체에 접촉하여 배치되는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 대전 부재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 사진 장치.
