- 복수의 모낭을 갖는 피부 영역에서 모낭을 손상시키는 장치에 있어서,a) 비간섭성 광원 - 상기 비간섭성 광원은 복수의 비간섭성 광 펄스를 포함하는 비간섭성 광을 생성하도록 동작하고, 상기 복수의 비간섭성 광 펄스의 각각은 750㎚ 이상의 최소 파장값과 1500㎚ 이하의 최대 파장값 사이의 범위 내의 파장을 포함함 - ;b) 상기 광 펄스의 펄스 특성을 적어도 부분적으로 제어하도록 동작하는 컨트롤러;를 포함하고,상기 광원 및 상기 컨트롤러는,i) 상기 복수의 펄스의 평균 펄스 감응(pulse fluence)은 0.5J/㎠ 내지 10J/㎠ 범위 내에 있으며,ii) 상기 복수의 펄스의 평균 반복률(repetition rate)은 1.5Hz 내지 20Hz 범위에 있으며,iii) 상기 광 펄스의 평균 펄스 지속시간(pulse duration)은 0.5ms 내지 10ms 범위 내에 있으며,상기 광원 및 상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 광 펄스가 피부 영역에 도달할 때, 도달된 광 펄스가 피부 영역의 피하층(dermis)을 42℃ 내지 50℃ 범위의 온도까지 가열하도록 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모낭 손상 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 피부 영역의 모든 영역에 광 펄스를 전달하기 위한 어플리케이터를 더 포함하는 모낭 손상 장치.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 광원 및 상기 컨트롤러는,상기 광의 펄스가 피부 영역에 도달할 때, 도달된 광 펄스가 피부 영역의 피하층을 적어도 45℃의 최소 온도까지 가열하도록 간섭성 광을 제공하도록 구성된 모낭 손상 장치.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 광원 및 상기 컨트롤러는,센티미터 제곱 당 평균 전력 밀도가 75watts/cm2 이상인 최소 평균 전력 밀도인, 복수의 펄스를 포함하는 간섭성 광을 제공하도록 구성된 모낭 손상 장치.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 광원 및 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 반복률이 2Hz 이상으로 되도록 구성되는, 모낭 손상 장치.

- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 광원 및 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 최대 평균 감응값이 6J/㎠ 이하로 되도록 구성되는, 모낭 손상 장치.
