Claims (10)
- 기판의 개방영역에 위치하고 외측에 연결된 탄성체의 연장방향을 회전축으로 하여 구동되는 가동구조물과, 구동 전류가 흘러 자기장과의 상호작용으로 상기 가동구조물에 대한 구동력을 발생시키는 도전코일을 포함하는 가동부와;
상기 가동부 하부에 위치하고 상기 자기장을 발생시키며,
평면적으로 볼 때 상기 회전축과 예각을 이루며 교차하는 기준선을 기준으로 하여 상면에 서로 반대되는 자극이 구성된 제1 및 2영역과, 상기 제1영역 외측에 상기 제1영역과 반대되는 자극이 상면에 구성된 제3영역과, 상기 제2영역 외측에 상기 제2영역과 반대되는 자극이 상면에 구성된 제4영역을 포함하는 자기장발생부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 2영역 각각은 다각형이나 반원형 형상으로 구성되고,
상기 제3 및 4영역은 상기 제1 및 2영역을 둘러싸도록 구성된
전자력 구동 액추에이터.

상기 자기장발생부는, 상기 제1 내지 4영역 각각에 대응되며 수직 방향으로 자화된 제1 내지 4자석을 포함하는
전자력 구동 액추에이터.

상기 기준선은 상기 회전축과 45도 각도를 이루며 교차하는
전자력 구동 액추에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가동구조물은 상기 탄성체를 통해 상기 기판에 연결되며, 상기 도전코일은 상기 가동구조물에 설치되는
전자력 구동 액추에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성체를 통해 상기 가동구조물과 연결되고, 상기 탄성체와 수직한 방향으로 연장된 제2탄성체를 통해 상기 기판과 연결되고, 상기 도전코일이 설치된 가동프레임을 포함하는
전자력 구동 액추에이터.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 가동프레임과 상기 가동구조물 사이에 위치하고, 상기 탄성체를 통해 상기 가동구조물과 연결되고, 상기 탄성체의 연장방향과 동일한 방향으로 연장된 제3탄성체를 통해 상기 가동프레임과 연결되며, 제2도전코일이 설치된 제2가동프레임을 포함하는
전자력 구동 액추에이터.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제2가동프레임과 상기 가동구조물 사이에 위치하고, 상기 탄성체를 통해 상기 가동구조물과 연결되고, 제4탄성체를 통해 상기 제2가동프레임과 연결된 강화틀을 포함하는
전자력 구동 액추에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가동구조물의 상면은 광을 반사시키는 반사면으로 구성된
전자력 구동 액추에이터.
