Claims (8)
- 이금속성 나노와이어를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 제조방법은
은염 및 금염을 포함하는 금속염, 수용성 고분자, 유기 할로겐계 이온성 염인 촉매를 환원성 용매에 녹여 상온에서 교반하는 단계;
상기 교반이 종료된 혼합용액의 내부 온도를 150℃로 유지시키면서 30분간 반응시키는 단계;
상기 반응이 종료된 혼합 용액을 상온으로 재차 냉각시키는 단계;
상기 재차 냉각된 용액을 여과 및 정제시키는 단계로; 이루어지며,
상기 수용성 고분자는 폴리비닐알콜, 세틸트리메틸암모늄클로라이드, 폴리아크릴아마이드 및 폴리아크릴산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며,
상기 유기 할로겐계는 브롬계및요오드계로이루어진군에서선택되며,
상기 환원성 용매는 글리세린, 글리세롤, 글루코스를 포함하는 글리콜류 중에서 선택되며,
상기 금속염은 은염 및 금염을 1:1 내지 4:1의 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한 이금속성 나노와이어의 제조방법.
