Abstract
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 반광 알루미늄 도어 프레임 몰딩 제조방법은 금속 판재를 일정 크기로 컷팅한 후 아노다이징 처리로 금속 판재 표면에 산화피막을 형성하는 단계; 상기 산화피막이 형성된 금속 판재를 불투명 클리어 코팅과 투명 코팅 처리로 반광을 구현하는 단계; 및 상기 산화피막 및 반광 구현된 금속 판재를 도어 프레임 몰딩 형태로 프레스 성형하는 단계;를 포함하여 내식성 향상 및 원가 절감에 기여할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 금속 판재를 일정 크기로 컷팅하는 제 1 단계와, 컷팅된 금속 판재의 표면에 아노다이징 처리를 통해 두께 1∼3㎛의 산화피막을 형성하는 제 2 단계와, 상기 산화피막이 형성된 금속 판재를 다중 클리어 코팅하는 제 3 단계와, 다중 클리어 코팅된 금속 판재를 도어 프레임 몰딩 형태로 프레스 성형하는 제 4 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제 3 단계는 상기 산화피막이 형성된 금속 판재의 표면에 불투명 클리어 코팅층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 불투명 클리어 코팅층 상에 투명 클리어 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 산화피막이 형성된 금속 판재의 표면에 불투명 클리어 코팅층을 형성 시 및 상기 불투명 클리어 코팅층 상에 투명 클리어 코팅층 형성 시 불투명 클리어 코팅액 중에는 폴리에스터 30∼40중량%가 들어 있고, 투명 클리어 코팅액 중에는 폴리에스터 30∼40중량%가 들어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반광 알루미늄 도어 프레임 몰딩 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속 판재(13)는 알루미늄 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반광 알루미늄 도어 프레임 몰딩 제조방법.

상기 불투명 클리어 코팅층을 형성하는 단계에서 사용되는 코팅액은 투명 클리어 코팅액에 소광제를 더 포함하여 금속 표면의 반광을 구현할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반광 알루미늄 도어 프레임 몰딩 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제 3 단계에서는 롤 코팅 조건으로 5~7m/분의 속도 및 50~70℃의 온도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반광 알루미늄 도어 프레임 몰딩 제조방법.
