Claims (8)
- 에틸렌 프로필렌 다이엔 고무 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체 중에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 함유한 폴리머; 기능 충전제인 아연분말; 보강 충전제인 카본블랙; 고무 연화제; 가교제인 황; 가교 촉진제; 가교 활성제; 산화방지제; 및 오존노화방지제;를 포함하고,상기 폴리머 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 기능 충전제인 아연분말을 1 ~ 10 중량부를 포함하는 아연분말 충전 웨더스트립 및 글래스런 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,에틸렌 프로필렌 다이엔 고무 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체 중에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 함유하는 폴리머 100 중량부에 대하여,보강 충전제인 카본블랙 20 ~ 50 중량부;고무 연화제 2 ~ 4 중량부;가교제 0.5 ~ 5 중량부;가교 촉진제 1 ~ 3 중량부;가교 활성제 3 ~ 8 중량부;산화방지제 0.01 ~ 2 중량부;및오존노화방지제 0.01 ~ 2 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연분말 충전 웨더스트립 및 글래스런 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,발포제 0.1 ~ 15 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연분말 웨더스트립 및 글래스런 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아연분말은 평균 입경이 1 ~ 2 ㎛인 것을 특징으로하는 아연분말 충전 웨더스트립 및 글래스런 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 카본블랙은 평균 입경이 40 ~ 48 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연분말 충전 웨더스트립 및 글래스런 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가교 촉진제는 2-머캅토 벤조 티아졸, 테트라메틸티우람 디술페이트 및 징크 디부틸디티오카바메이트를 각각 40 : 40 : 20 ~ 40 : 50 : 10 의 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연분말 충전 웨더스트립 및 글래스런 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산화방지제는 2-머캅토 벤조이미다졸, 2,2'-메틸렌 비스(4-메틸-6-터트-부틸페놀)을 40 : 60 ~ 60 : 40 의 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연분말 충전 웨더스트립 및 글래스런 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오존노화방지제는 N-이소프로필-N'-페닐-p-페닐렌디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연분말 충전 웨더스트립 및 글래스런 조성물.
