Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 1∼3 및 비교예 1∼4에서 사용한 제올라이트의 적외선 흡수 분광 측정의 결과를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 실시예 1, 3 및 비교예 1∼4에서 얻어진 결과에 대해서, 상대압 0.2∼0.7에 있어서의 흡착 등온선의 기울기의 평균치 및, 촉매 수명[g-DME/g-촉매]의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (13)
- 펜타실형 제올라이트로 이루어지는 촉매로서,
상기 펜타실형 제올라이트에 함유되는 알칼리 토류 금속 원자 및 알루미늄 원자가, 원자비[알칼리 토류 금속 원자/알루미늄 원자]=0.2∼15를 충족하고, 또한
상기 펜타실형 제올라이트의 질소 흡착법으로 측정한 흡착 등온선의 기울기 평균치가, 상대압 0.2∼0.7의 사이에서 30 이상이며, 종결정을 첨가하지 않고, 150℃ 이하의 온도에서 수열 합성(hydrothermal synthesis)함으로써 얻어지는 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펜타실형 제올라이트가 푸리에 변환 적외 분광법에 의한 적외선 흡수 분광 측정에 있어서, 3650cm-1∼3710cm-1의 사이에 흡수 극대를 갖는 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 펜타실형 제올라이트가 MFI 구조를 갖는 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 펜타실형 제올라이트에 함유되는 규소 원자 및 알루미늄 원자가, 원자비[규소 원자/알루미늄 원자]=20∼300을 충족하는 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
유기 규소 화합물을 사용하여 상기 수열 합성을 행하는 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매를 사용하는 경질 올레핀류의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
탄소수 1∼4의 산소 함유 유기 화합물 및 상기 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매를 반응시켜서 경질 올레핀류를 제조하는 경질 올레핀류의 제조 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 탄소수 1∼4의 산소 함유 유기 화합물이, 메탄올, 디메틸에테르 및 에탄올 중 어느 1종 이상을 함유하는 경질 올레핀류의 제조 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
스팀을, 중량비[스팀/산소 함유 유기 화합물]=0.1∼10이 되도록 상기 산소 함유 유기 화합물에 공급하는 경질 올레핀류의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수열합성을 행하기 전에, 원료를 숙성시키는 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
실리카원, 알루미늄원, 구조 규정제, 알칼리염 및 알칼리 토류 금속염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 혼합물을 사용하여 상기 수열 합성을 행하는 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 실리카원이, 유기 규소 화합물로 이루어지는 경질 올레핀류 제조용 촉매.
