Claims (20)
- 실리카 또는 알루미나 또는 둘다를 포함하며 입자 직경(DS)이 5 ㎚ 이상 30 ㎚ 이하인 복수의 소입자와,
실리카 또는 알루미나 또는 둘다를 포함하며 입자 직경(DL)이 50 ㎚ 이상 100 ㎛ 이하인 복수의 대입자를
포함하여 성형되어 있고, 압축률 0 ~ 5%에서의 최대 하중이 0.7 ㎫ 이상이며, 30℃에서의 열전도율이 0.05 W/m·K 이하인 단열재로서,
상기 대입자가, 알칼리 금속 원소, 알칼리 토류 금속 원소 및 게르마늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는 단열재. - 제1항에 있어서, 부피 밀도가 0.2 g/㎤ 이상 1.5 g/㎤ 이하인 단열재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세공 용적이 0.5 mL/g 이상 2 mL/g 이하인 단열재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세공 직경이 0.003 ㎛ 이상 150 ㎛ 이하인 세공의 적산 세공 용적(V0.003)에 대한, 세공 직경이 0.05 ㎛ 이상 0.5 ㎛ 이하인 세공의 적산 세공 용적(V)의 비율(R)이 70% 이상인 단열재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적외선 불투명화 입자를 함유하며, 800℃에서의 열전도율이 0.2 W/m·K 이하인 단열재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 불투명화 입자의 평균 입자 직경이 0.5 ㎛ 이상 30 ㎛ 이하이며, 상기 적외선 불투명화 입자의 질량 함유율이, 단열재의 전체 질량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 질량% 이상 39.5 질량% 이하인 단열재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소입자의 질량과 대입자의 질량의 합계에 대한 대입자의 질량의 비율(RL)이 60 질량% 이상 90 질량% 이하인 단열재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 원소 및 알칼리 토류 금속 원소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는 경우, 그 함유율이, 단열재의 전체 질량을 기준으로 하여 0.005 질량% 이상 5 질량% 이하이고, 게르마늄을 함유하는 경우, 그 함유율이, 단열재의 전체 질량을 기준으로 하여 10 질량ppm 이상 1000 질량ppm 이하인 단열재.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 무기 섬유를 함유하며, 상기 무기 섬유의 함유율이, 단열재의 전체 질량을 기준으로 하여, 0 질량% 초과 20 질량% 이하인 단열재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인을 함유하며, 상기 인의 함유율이, 단열재의 전체 질량을 기준으로 하여, 0.002 질량% 이상 6 질량% 이하인 단열재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 철을 함유하며, 상기 철의 함유율이, 단열재의 전체 질량을 기준으로 하여, 0.005 질량% 이상 6 질량% 이하인 단열재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외피재에 수용된 단열재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 외피재가 무기 섬유를 포함하거나, 상기 외피재가 수지 필름인 단열재.
- 실리카 또는 알루미나 또는 둘다를 포함하며 평균 입자 직경이 5 ㎚ 이상 30 ㎚ 이하인 소입자와,
실리카 또는 알루미나 또는 둘다를 포함하며 평균 입자 직경이 50 ㎚ 이상 100 ㎛ 이하인 대입자를
포함하는 무기 혼합물을 성형틀에 수용하는 수용 공정과,
상기 무기 혼합물을 성형하는 성형 공정을 포함하는 단열재의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 대입자가, 알칼리 금속 원소, 알칼리 토류 금속 원소 및 게르마늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하고,
상기 성형 공정은, 하기의 공정 (a) 또는 공정 (b)를 갖는 단열재의 제조 방법:
(a) 상기 성형틀에 의해 상기 무기 혼합물을 가압하면서 400℃ 이상으로 가열하는 공정.
(b) 가압에 의해 상기 무기 혼합물을 성형한 후, 400℃ 이상의 온도에서 가열 처리를 실시하는 공정. - 삭제
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 소입자와, 상기 대입자를, 소입자의 질량과 대입자의 질량의 합계에 대한 대입자의 질량의 비율(RL)이 60 질량% 이상 90 질량% 이하에서 혼합하여, 무기 혼합물을 얻는 공정을 더 갖는 단열재의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제15항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 상기 성형 공정에 있어서, 상기 성형한 단열재의 부피 밀도가 0.2 g/㎤ 이상 1.5 g/㎤ 이하가 되도록 성형 압력을 설정하는 단열재의 제조 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 상기 성형 공정에 의해 얻어진 성형체의 일부를 절삭하는 절삭 공정을 더 갖는 단열재의 제조 방법.
