도 2는 종래의 다른 고온고압용 절연 가스켓을 나타내는 사시도,
도 3은 도 2의 고온고압용 절연 가스켓의 전체 면을 나타낸 단면도,
도 4는 도 3의 고온고압용 절연 가스켓 홈 내부에 각각 배치된 1차 및 2차 밀봉부재를 확대하여 나타낸 단면도.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 고온고압용 절연 가스켓의 전체 면을 나타낸 단면도,
도 6은 도 5의 A 부분에서 내측 홈 및 외측 홈 내에 밀봉부재가 배치되기 전의 상태를 나타낸 단면도.
도 7은 도 5의 A 부분에서 내측 홈 및 외측 홈 내에 밀봉부재가 배치된 상태를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (4)
- 개구부가 형성되어 있는 평면 환형 금속판과;
상기 평면 환형 금속판의 양측 면에 부착된 유·무기 복합소재인 GRE(Glass Reinforced Epoxy) 소재의 절연지지판;으로 구성되고,
상기 절연지지판이 부착된 평면 환형 금속판은 양측 면에 내측 홈 및 외측 홈이 각각 형성되고,
상기 내측 홈 내에 배치되는 1차 밀봉부재 및;
상기 외측 홈 내에 배치되는 2차 밀봉부재;
가 각각 구비되되,
상기 1차 밀봉부재는 PTFE 소재의 쉘(shell) 내부에 보강스프링이 장착된 구조이고,
상기 2차 밀봉부재는 금속제 O링에 형성된 장착 홈 내에 내측 절연지지판에 돌출된 장착돌기가 삽입되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 O링 장착 고온고압용 절연가스켓. - 삭제
