도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 질소산화물 및 미세입자 동시 처리 시스템을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 3a 및 3b는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 질소산화물 및 미세입자 동시 처리 시스템에 채용된 플라즈마부를 설명하기 위해 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 질소산화물 및 미세입자 동시 처리 시스템에 채용된 집진부를 설명하기 위해 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 질소산화물 및 미세입자를 포함하는 폐가스 처리 시스템으로서:
질소산화물과 미세입자를 포함하는 폐가스에 소정 산화제를 포함하는 용액을 분사하여, 상기 질소산화물 중 적어도 일부를 산화시키는 산화처리부;
봉 형상의 방전극과 판 형상의 집진극과 상기 집진극에 표면에 수막을 형성하도록 물을 분무하는 물분사장치를 포함하고, 상기 물분사장치가 상기 폐가스에 각각 미세한 미스트를 분사하고 상기 방전극과 상기 집진극에 고전압의 펄스 전원을 인가하여, 상기 미스트의 하전 및 가스 분해 변환을 발생시키는 플라즈마부;
상기 플라즈마 방전부를 통과한 폐가스 중 수용성 물질을 제거하는 습식처리부; 및
직류전압이 인가되고 대면하면서 교번적으로 배열된 각각 하나 이상의 양극 집진판과 음극 집진판을 포함하고, 상기 습식처리부를 통과한 폐가스에 대하여 집진처리를 수행하는 집진부;를 포함하는,
질소산화물 및 미세입자 동시 처리 시스템.
