Claims (5)
- 내경부에 형성된 제1 유로(105)상의 단턱(110)이 형성되고 상기 단턱(110)의 외경부에 조절 암나사(120)가 형성된 드로 바(100);상기 단턱(110)에 설치되고, 복수 개의 절개 부(132)가 형성되어 외경부가 가압되면 상기 복수 개의 절개부(132)가 좁혀지면서 내경부 쪽으로 수축됨으로써 내경부의 단면적이 작아지는 콜릿 파이프(130);상기 콜릿 파이프(130)의 외경부에 끼워지고 외경부(144)에 테이퍼 형상이 형성된 수축 링(140);상기 수축 링(140)의 외경부(144)에 가압 삽입되게 내경부(154)에 테이퍼가 형성되고 상기 조절 암나사(120)의 내부에 배치되는 가압 링(150); 및상기 조절 암나사(120)에 체결되게 외경부에 조절 수나사(162)가 형성되고 내경부에 유로(164)가 형성되며 일측에 공구 결속 홈(166)이 형성되고 타측이 상기 가압 링(150)과 인접되게 설치되어 상기 가압 링(150)에 밀착되는 조절 볼트(160);를 포함하는 스핀들의 에어 블로 장치.
- 내경부에 형성된 제1 유로(105)상에 단턱(110)이 형성되고 상기 단턱(110)의 외경부에 조절 암나사(120)가 형성된 드로 바(100);상기 단턱(110)에 설치되고 복수 개의 절개 부(132)가 형성되어 외경부가 가압되면 상기 복수 개의 절개부(132)가 좁혀지면서 내경부 쪽으로 수축됨으로써 내경부의 단면적이 작아지는 콜릿 파이프(130);상기 콜릿 파이프(130)의 외경부에 끼워지고 외경부(144)에 테이퍼 형상이 형성된 수축 링(140); 및상기 조절 암나사(120)에 체결되게 외경부에 조절 수나사(162)가 형성되고 상기 수축 링(140)에 가압 삽입되게 내경부(154a)에 테이퍼가 형성되며 내경부에 유로(164)가 형성되고 일측에 공구 결속 홈(166)이 형성되는 가압 조절 볼트(160a);를 포함하는 스핀들의 에어 블로 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수축링(140)의 일측에는 트임부(142)가 형성되어 있는 것;을 특징으로 하는 스핀들의 에어 블로 장치.
- 내경부에 형성된 제1 유로(105)상에 단턱(110)이 형성되고 상기 단턱(110)의 외경부에 조절 암나사(120)가 형성된 드로 바(100);상기 단턱(110)에 설치되고 복수 개의 절개 부(132)가 형성되어 외경부(144a)가 가압되면 상기 복수 개의 절개부(132)가 좁혀지면서 내경부 쪽으로 수축됨으로써 내경부의 단면적이 작아지는 콜릿 파이프(130); 및상기 조절 암나사(120)에 체결되게 외경부에 조절 수나사(162)가 형성되고 상기 콜릿 파이프(130)의 외경부(144)에 가압 삽입되게 내경부(154a)에 테이퍼가 형성되며 내경부에 유로(164)가 형성되고 일측에 공구 결속 홈(166)이 형성되는 가압 조절 볼트(160a);를 포함하는 스핀들의 에어 블로 장치.
- 제 1항, 제2항 또는 제4항 중에 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유로(164)는 상기 제1 유로(105)보다 지름이 작은 것;을 특징으로 하는 스핀들의 에어 블로 장치.
