Claims (10)
- (A) 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 10 ~ 70 중량%;
(B) 상대점도가 2 ~ 4(20 ℃, 96 % 황산 용액(1 g/100 mL 농도))이고, 평균 중합도가 200 ~ 20,000인 폴리아미드 10 ~ 70 중량%;
(C) 스틸렌 공중합체 엘라스토머 5 ~ 20 중량%;
(D) 무기 충전제 5 ∼ 30 중량%; 및
(E) 변성 폴리프로필렌 1 ~ 10 중량%;
를 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체는 에틸렌 모노머 함량이 1 ~ 10 중량%, 중량 평균 분자량이 100,000 ~ 400,000 g/mol, 프로필렌의 아이소택틱 지수(isotactic index, 13C-NMR 측정시)가 96 % 이상, 용융흐름지수가 0.5 ~ 100 g/10분(230 ℃, 2.16 kg)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드는 나일론 6, 나일론 66 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸렌 공중합체 엘라스토머는 스틸렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스틸렌, 스틸렌-부타디엔-스틸렌 및 스틸렌-부타디엔-부틸렌-스틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸렌 공중합체 엘라스토머는 무니점도가 5 ∼ 50 ML1+4 (121℃), 유리전이온도는 -65 ∼ -50 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전제는 입자 크기가 0.5 ∼ 10 ㎛인 탈크, 올라스토나이트, 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘 및 실리카 중에서 선택된 1 종의 단일화합물 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 변성 폴리프로필렌은 폴리프로필렌 왁스에 오쏘프탈릭 언하이드라이드가 0.5 ~ 10 중량% 범위로 그라프팅 되고, 중량 평균 분자량이 300 ~ 3,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물에 산화방지제, 자외선 흡수제, 광 안정제, 안료, 분산제, 핵제, 가공윤활제 및 커플링제 중 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항, 및 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 폴리프로필렌-폴리아미드 블렌드 조성물로 제조된 자동차 외장 부품.
