Abstract
본 발명은 용액 안정성이 향상된 유무기복합 코팅용액 조성물을 제공함으로써, 상기 코팅용액 조성물로 처리된 소지강판이 아연도금량을 축소하여도 내식성이 우수하며, 내흑변성 및 내알칼리성 또한 현저히 향상될 수 있도록 한다.

Claims (11)
- 아연 및 아연계 합금 도금강판의 유·무기 복합피막 형성용 코팅용액 조성물로서,
바인더 수지 25 내지 50 중량%;
내식제 40 내지 70 중량%; 및
내알칼리성 향상제 5 내지 10 중량%를 포함하며,
상기 바인더 수지는 상기 코팅 용액 조성물 총 중량에 대해 우레탄-아크릴 복합수지 15 내지 35 중량% 및 실리콘 복합 우레탄 수지 10 내지 25 중량%를 포함하며,
상기 우레탄-아크릴 복합수지는 중량평균분자량(MW)이 40000 내지 90000이고, NCO/OH는 1 내지 3이며,
상기 실리콘 복합 우레탄 수지는 중량평균분자량(MW)이 40000 내지 90000인 코팅용액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내식제는 상기 코팅용액 조성물 총 중량에 대해 에폭시계, 클로로계, 아미노계 및 아크릴계의 실란 화합물 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 실란 A 화합물 8 내지 20 중량%;
상기 실란 A 화합물과 상이한 것으로, 비닐계, 에폭시계 및 알콕시계 실란 화합물 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 실란 B 화합물 28 내지 40 중량%;
바나듐 포스페이트(VPO4) 1 내지 2.5 중량%;
산화 마그네슘(MgO) 0.1 내지 1.4 중량%;
지르코늄(Zr) 화합물 0.5 내지 4 중량%;
몰리브덴(Mo) 화합물 0.5 내지 3 중량%; 및
실리카 5 내지 12 중량%를 포함하는 코팅용액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내알칼리성 향상제는 상기 코팅용액 조성물 총 중량에 대해 이소시아네이트(isocyanate) 1 내지 6중량%; 및 티오-우레아(thio-urea) 1.5 내지 7중량%로 이루어지는 코팅용액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 복합 우레탄 수지는 실리콘 및 우레탄 수지가 나노 실리케이트(Nano Silicate)에 의해 결합된 것인 코팅용액 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 복합 우레탄 수지는 나노 실리케이트(Nano Silicate)를 1.0 내지 3.0 중량%로 포함하는 코팅용액 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실란 A 화합물은 감마 글리시독시프로필 트리에톡시실란(gamma glycidoxypropyl triethoxysilane), 감마 아미노프로필 트리에톡시실란(gamma aminopropyl triethoxysilane) 또는 이들의 혼합물인 코팅용액 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지르코늄 화합물은 산화 지르코늄(ZrO), 지르코늄실리케이트(ZrSiO4) 또는 이들의 혼합물인 코팅용액 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 몰리브덴 화합물은 산화 몰리브덴(MoO3), 암모니움 몰리브데이트((NH4)2MoO4) 및 소디움몰리브데이트(Na2MoO4)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 코팅용액 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리카는 콜로이드(colloid) 형태인 코팅용액 조성물.
- 도금층의 일면 또는 양면에 청구항 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅용액 조성물로 코팅된 코팅층을 갖는 아연 및 아연계 합금 도금강판.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층의 부착량은 강판 편면을 기준으로 0.3 내지 2g/m2인 아연 및 아연계 합금 도금강판.
