상기 내지문 코팅 방법은 내오염성 및 내지문성이 우수하면서 항균력도 우수한 내지문 코팅층을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 기재 위에 이산화규소 또는 이산화규소 전구체, 및 용매를 포함하는 하부 코팅층 형성용 조성물을 코팅하여 하부 코팅층을 형성하는 단계, 그리고
상기 하부 코팅층 위에 불소 함유 수지를 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물에 첨가하여 제조된 상부 코팅층 형성용 조성물을 코팅하여 상부 코팅층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하며,
상기 상부 코팅층 형성용 조성물은 상기 상부 코팅층 형성용 조성물 전체에 대하여 상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물을 1 내지 40 중량%로 포함하며,
상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물은 상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물에 대하여 나노 구리 이온 1 내지 10 중량%, 시트르산(citric acid) 1 내지 10 중량%, 에틸렌 옥사이드 0.5 내지 5 중량%, 구아니딘염 1 내지 10 중량%, 이산화티탄 0.1 내지 5 중량% 및 나머지 함량의 용매를 포함하는 것인 내지문 코팅 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부 코팅층 형성용 조성물은 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물을 더 포함하며,
상기 하부 코팅층 형성용 조성물은 상기 하부 코팅층 형성용 조성물 전체에 대하여 상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물을 1 내지 40 중량%로 포함하는 것인 내지문 코팅 방법. - 삭제

상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물은
용매에 시트르산을 첨가하고 50 내지 70℃로 가열 농축시켜 농축 용액을 제조하는 단계,
상기 농축 용액에 구아니딘염을 첨가하고 교반하여 상기 유기산 조성물을 제조하는 단계, 및
상기 유기산 조성물에 상기 구리의 강산염을 첨가하여 나노 금속 이온을 분산시키는 단계
를 통하여 제조되는 것인 내지문 코팅 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 농축 용액을 제조하는 단계에서, 상기 용매에 상기 시트르산과 함께 에틸렌 옥사이드를 더 첨가하는 것인 내지문 코팅 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 유기산 조성물을 제조하는 단계에서, 상기 농축 용액에 상기 구아니딘염과 함께 이산화티탄을 더 첨가하는 것인 내지문 코팅 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 나노 금속 이온을 분산시키는 단계 이후에, 상기 제조된 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물을 알콕시 실란과 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 내지문 코팅 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 알콕시 실란은 메틸트리메톡시 실란(methyltrimethoxy silane), 테트라메톡시 실란(tetramethoxy silane), 3-메타크릴록시프로필트리메톡시실란(3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인 내지문 코팅 방법. - 기재 위에 코팅되며, 이산화규소를 포함하는 하부 코팅층, 그리고
상기 하부 코팅층 위에 코팅되며, 불소 함유 수지 및 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물을 포함하는 상부 코팅층을 포함하며,
상기 상부 코팅층은 상기 상부 코팅층 전체에 대하여 상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물을 1 내지 40 중량%로 포함하며,
상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물은 상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물에 대하여 나노 구리 이온 1 내지 10 중량%, 시트르산(citric acid) 1 내지 10 중량%, 에틸렌 옥사이드 0.5 내지 5 중량%, 구아니딘염 1 내지 10 중량%, 이산화티탄 0.1 내지 5 중량% 및 나머지 함량의 용매를 포함하는 것인 내지문 코팅층. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 하부 코팅층은 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물을 더 포함하며,
상기 하부 코팅층은 상기 하부 코팅층 전체에 대하여 상기 나노 금속 이온이 분산된 유기산 조성물을 1 내지 40 중량%로 포함하는 것인 내지문 코팅층. - 삭제
