Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 하기 (A) 내지 (C) 를 포함하는, MFR 이 1 이상인 연성 폴리올레핀 조성물:
(A) 프로필렌 동종중합체 또는 또다른 α-올레핀과의 프로필렌 공중합체를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 성분 8 내지 45 중량% 로서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 성분은 프로필렌을 85 내지 100 중량% 함유하고, 실온에서 자일렌 중 용해도가 20 중량% 미만임;
(B) 에틸렌을 15 중량% 내지 40 중량% 함유하는, 프로필렌 및/또는 다른 α-올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체 또는 공중합체의 조성물을 포함하는 탄성중합체성 성분 45 내지 82 중량% 로서, 상기 고무는 실온에서 자일렌 중 용해도가 60 중량% 초과임;
(C) 부텐-1 의 동종 또는 공중합체 및 파라핀 왁스 또는 그리스를 포함하는 점도 감소제 10 내지 25 중량%. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 부텐-1 의 동종 또는 공중합체와 파라핀 왁스 또는 그리스가 1:5 내지 5:1 의 중량비로 감소제 (C) 에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, MFR 이 2 내지 2.3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부텐-1 의 동종 또는 공중합체가 100 내지 500 의 MFR 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 점도 감소제 (C) 의 첨가 전에 폴리프로필렌 성분 (A) 와 탄성중합체성 성분 (B) 의 배합물이 분수의 MFR 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 파라핀 왁스 또는 그리스 1 이 50 ℃ 초과의 융점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 연성 폴리올레핀 조성물을 사출 성형하여 제조된 성형품.
