A shake amount detection sensor for measuring the number of shakes;
A momentum calculating means for calculating a momentum by discriminating a signal input from an impact sensor;
Calorie-amount calculating means for calculating a calorie consumption amount according to the exercise amount;
Display means for displaying the shaking amount and the calorie amount in real time; And
And a power supply unit that supplies power to the shake amount detection sensor, the exercise amount calculation unit, the calorie consumption calculation unit, and the display unit.
