Claims (18)
- 모노클로르아민 및 디클로르아민의 조합을 수성 시스템에 첨가하는 것을 포함하고,
모노클로르아민 대 디클로르아민의 비율이 1.5:1 내지 9:1의 범위이며,
상기 수성 시스템이 펄프 및 제지공장 (papermill) 수 시스템이고 5 내지 7의 범위의 pH를 가지며,
활성 수준을 기준으로, 모노클로르아민의 양이 처리되는 수성 시스템의 부피를 기준으로 Cl2로서 0.01 내지 1000 mg/ℓ의 범위인,
수성 펄프 및 제지공장 시스템에서 클렙시엘라 뉴모니아 (Klebsiella pneumonia) (ATCC 13883), 수도모나스 아에루기노사 (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) (ATCC 15442), 쿠르토박테리움 플라쿰파시엔스 (Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens), 부르크홀데리아 세파시아 (Burkholderia cepacia), 바실루스 마록카누스 (Bacillus maroccanus) 및 수도모나스 글라테이 (Pseudomonas glathei)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 세균의 생장을 억제하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 모노클로르아민이 암모늄 또는 아민 공급원을 염소화 산화제와 접촉시키거나 또는 별법으로 암모늄 또는 아민 공급원을 염소 공급원의 존재하에서 산화제와 접촉시킴으로써 제조된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디클로르아민이 암모늄 또는 아민 공급원을 염소화 산화제와 반응시킴으로써 제조된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디클로르아민이 모노클로르아민-함유 용액의 pH를 감소시킴으로써 제조된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디클로르아민이 모노클로르아민-함유 용액에서 염소 대 질소의 비율을 변화시킴으로써 제조된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노클로르아민이 암모니아 또는 수산화암모늄을 포함하는 아민 또는 암모늄 공급원으로부터 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노클로르아민이 암모늄염을 포함하는 아민 또는 암모늄 공급원으로부터 제조되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 암모늄염은 암모늄 술페이트, 암모늄 아세테이트, 암모늄 비카르보네이트, 암모늄 카르보네이트, 암모늄 클로라이드, 암모늄 시트레이트, 암모늄 요오다이드, 암모늄 몰리브데이트, 암모늄 니트레이트, 암모늄 옥살레이트, 암모늄 퍼술페이트, 암모늄 포스페이트, 암모늄 술페이트, 암모늄 술파이드, 암모늄 술파메이트 및 그의 조합으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아민 공급원은 폴리아민, 1급 아민, 2급 아민, 시클릭 아민, 지방족 아민, 방향족 아민, 1급 및 2급 질소 함유 중합체 및 그의 조합으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아민 공급원 또는 암모늄 공급원은 디메틸아민, 에탄올아민, 에틸렌디아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 도데실에탄올아민, 헥스데실에탄올아민, 올레산 에탄올아민, 트리에틸렌테트라민, 디부틸아민, 트리부틸아민, 글루타민, 디라우릴아민, 디스테아릴아민, 우지 (tallow)-메틸아민, 코코넛유 (coco)-메틸아민, n-알킬아민, n-아세틸글루코스아민, 디페닐아민, 에탄올메틸아민, 디이소프로판올아민, n-메틸아닐린, n-헥실-n-메틸아민, n-헵틸-n-메틸아민, n-옥틸-n-메틸아민, n-노닐-n-메틸아민, n-데실-n-메틸아민, n-도데실-n-메틸아민, n-트리데실-n-메틸아민, n-테트라데실-n-메틸아민, n-벤질-n-메틸아민, n-페닐에틸-n-메틸아민, n-페닐프로필-n-메틸아민, n-알킬-n-에틸아민, n-알킬-n-히드록시에틸아민, n-알킬-n-프로필아민, n-프로필헵틸-n-메틸아민, n-에틸헥실-n-메틸아민, n-에틸헥실-n-부틸아민, n-페닐에틸-n-메틸아민, n-알킬-n-히드록시프로필아민, n-알킬-n-이소프로필아민, n-알킬-n-부틸아민 및 n-알킬-n-이소부틸아민, n-알킬-n-히드록시알킬아민, 히드라진, 요소, 구아니딘, 비구아니딘 및 그의 조합으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염소화 산화제는 염소, 차아염소산염, 차아염소산, 염소화 이소시아누레이트, 염소화 히단토인 및 그의 조합으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 암모늄 또는 아민 공급원이 암모늄염 또는 암모니아인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산화제가 오존, 퍼옥시 화합물 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염소화 산화제가 차아염소산 또는 차아염소산염을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노클로르아민의 양은 활성 수준 기준으로 Cl2로서 0.05 내지 200 mg/ℓ의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노클로르아민 및 디클로르아민이 연속적, 단속적 또는 교대로 수성 시스템에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성 수준을 기준으로, 디클로르아민의 양이 처리되는 수성 시스템의 부피를 기준으로 Cl2로서 0.01 내지 1000 mg/ℓ의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디클로르아민의 양은 활성 수준 기준으로 Cl2로서 0.05 내지 200 mg/ℓ의 범위인 방법.
