Claims (12)
- 다초점 콘텍트 렌즈 설계 방법으로서,a) 눈으로부터 500cm 이상의 원위 물체를 관측할 때 휴면(resting) 동공 사이즈를 결정하는 단계와;b) 눈으로부터 100cm 이하의 근위 물체를 관측할 때 동공 사이즈를 산출하는 단계와;c) 상기 원위 물체를 관측할 때 상기 다초점 콘텍트 렌즈를 위한 원위 시야 교정 면적(far vision correction area) 대 근위 시야(near vision) 교정 면적의 비율을 선택하는 단계와;d) 상기 근위 시야 교정 면적이 상기 근위 물체를 관측할 때 동공(pupil) 영역 내에 위치되고 그리고 상기 원위 시야 교정 면적이 상기 원위 물체를 관측할 때 동공 영역 내에 위치되도록 상기 근위 시야 교정 면적 및 상기 원위 시야 교정 면적을 규정하는 단계; 및e) 광학적 눈모음(optical convergence)의 량을 상기 다초점 콘텍트 렌즈에 가하는 단계를 포함하고;상기 b) 단계는 (ⅰ) 렌즈 착용자에 의해 요구되는 전체 추가 파워를 결정하는 단계 및 (ⅱ) 잔여(residual) 추가 파워를 산출하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며;상기 전체 추가 파워는 상기 잔여 추가 파워와 상기 다초점 콘텍트 렌즈의 규정된 추가 파워의 합이고,상기 잔여 추가 파워는 상기 렌즈 착용자의 연령의 함수로서 결정되며,근위 물체를 관측할 때 상기 동공 사이즈(A)는A = A0 - 0.27D여기서, A는 동공 사이즈, A0는 휴면 동공 사이즈, D는 렌즈 착용자 눈의 잔여 추가 파워인, 방정식에 기초하여 산출되는, 다초점 콘텍트 렌즈 설계 방법.
