Claims (15)
- 전도성 코팅(8)을 갖는 투명 창유리(1)이며,
창유리 표면의 적어도 일부에 걸쳐 확장되고, 여기서 전도성 코팅(8)은 공급 전압의 인가 후에 전류가 버스 바(11, 12) 사이에 형성된 가열면(23)을 거쳐 흐르도록 적어도 두 개의 스트립-형태의 버스 바(11, 12)와 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 전도성 코팅(8)은 100 초과 내지 400 볼트 범위의 공급 전압의 인가 시에, 300 내지 1000 와트/m2 범위의 가열 출력이 가열면(23)에 의해 나오도록 하는 전기 저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하고, 여기서 버스 바(11, 12)는:
- 각 경우에 적어도 부분적으로 5 mm 미만의 최대 너비를 가지며, 너비는 10 와트/m의 최대 가열 출력을 제공하도록 하는 치수를 갖고,
- 각 경우에, 2 내지 4 μΩ·cm 범위의 비저항을 갖고,
상기 전도성 코팅(8)이 100 초과 내지 200 Ω/스퀘어 범위의 단위 표면당 전기 저항을 갖는,
투명 창유리(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버스 바(11, 12)가 각 경우에서, 적어도 부분적으로, 1 내지 5 mm 미만의 범위의 너비를 갖는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 버스 바(11, 12)가 각 경우에서 0.15 내지 4 Ω/m의 범위의 단위 길이 당 전기 저항을 갖는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 코팅(8)이 가열면(23)을 통해 흐르는 전류가 5 A의 최대값을 갖도록 하는 전기 저항을 갖는 투명 창유리(1).
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 버스 바(11, 12)가 커넥터 전도체(15)에 의해 공통 커넥터 구역(19)에서 전기적으로 접촉할 수 있는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열면(23)이 하나 또는 복수의 디코팅된 구역(20)에 의해 서로 갈바니 전기에 의해 분리된 복수의 세그먼트(21)로 세분화되고, 상기 세그먼트(21)가 버스 바(11, 12)에 의해 서로 직렬로 연결되어 있는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열면(23)이 하나 또는 복수의 디코팅된 구역(20)에 의해 서로 직렬로 갈바니 전기에 의해 연결된 복수의 세그먼트(21)로 세분화되고, 버스 바(11, 12) 사이의 전류 경로는 디코팅된 구역(20) 없는 전류 경로에 대하여 길어진 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 버스 바(11, 12)가 전도성 코팅(8) 상에 금속성 프린팅 페이스트를 프린팅함으로써 제조되는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 버스 바(11, 12)가 전도성 코팅(8)에 연결된 미리 제조된 금속 스트립의 형태로 제조되고, 상기 스트립은 전도성 접착제에 의해 전도성 코팅(8)에 접착되는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가열성 코팅(8)이 별개의 창유리(2, 3)의 적어도 하나의 표면 및/또는 별개의 창유리(2, 3) 사이에 위치한 캐리어의 하나의 표면에 위치하는, 열가소성 접착층(4)에 의해 서로 접합된 두 개의 창유리(2, 3)를 갖는 복합 창유리로서 사용되는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 창유리(5)의 하부 연부에 배치되는 버스 바(12)가 창유리를 닦는 데 제공되는 바람막이 창 와이퍼의 휴지된 또는 정지된 위치 하에 위치하는, 자동차 바람막이 창으로서 사용되는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 버스 바(11, 12)가 창유리(5)의 측부 연부에 배치되는, 자동차 바람막이 창으로서 사용되는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제13항에 있어서, 버스 바(11, 12)가 적어도 하나의 불투명한 피복 요소(13)에 의해 피복되는 투명 창유리(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
가구, 장치 및 빌딩에서 기능성 개별 부분 및 빌트-인 부분으로 사용되거나, 육상, 하늘 또는 물에서의 운송수단에서 바람막이 창, 뒷창문, 측창문 및 유리 지붕 중의 적어도 하나로서 사용되는 투명 창유리(1).
