도 2는 도 1의 솔레노이드 밸브에 있어서 솔레노이드부 근방의 확대도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 솔레노이드 밸브에 있어서 밸브 개방 상태를 나타낸 전체 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제2 실시 형태에 따른 솔레노이드 밸브의 전체 단면도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 솔레노이드 밸브에 있어서 솔레노이드부 근방의 확대도이다.
도 6은 도 4의 솔레노이드 밸브에 있어서 밸브 개방 상태를 나타낸 전체 단면도이다.
Claims (11)
- 솔레노이드부(22, 102)의 여자(勵磁, excitation) 작용하에서 가동철심(42)을 고정철심(38)측으로 잡아당김으로써, 상기 가동철심(42)과 함께 밸브체(24)를 위치 변경시키고, 밸브 바디(16)에 형성된 유체 통로(12, 14)의 연통 상태를 절환하는 솔레노이드 밸브(10, 100)에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드부(22, 102)에는, 상기 가동철심(42)의 외주측에 형성되어 자성 재료로 이루어진 원통 형상의 튜브(40, 104)를 구비하며,
상기 고정철심(38)측이 되는 상기 튜브(40, 104)의 단부에는, 반경 방향으로 얇아지게 형성되는 좁힘부(50)를 포함하며,
상기 좁힘부(50)는, 상기 튜브(40, 104)의 외주면이 내주 방향으로 함몰되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 좁힘부(50)는, 상기 튜브(40, 104)의 외주면이 내주 방향으로 함몰되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 좁힘부(50)의 단부에는, 상기 튜브(104) 내의 기밀을 유지하는 밀봉부가 형성되고, 상기 밀봉부는, 상기 고정철심(38)과 대면하면서 상기 좁힘부(50)에 대하여 직교하는 바닥벽부(106)로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 튜브(104)는, 상기 바닥벽부(106)를 지닌 바닥 통 형상(有底筒狀)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 밀봉부는, 상기 고정철심(38)에 대하여 용접으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 좁힘부(50)는, 상기 튜브(40, 104)와 함께 프레스 성형에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 튜브(40, 104)는, 상기 가동철심(42)을 감싸도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고정철심(38)은, 순철(純鐵)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드부(102)는, 수지제 재료로부터 형성된 케이싱(20)으로 감싸지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밸브체(24)는, 상기 가동철심(42)의 단부에 홀더(52)를 통하여 설치되고, 상기 홀더(52)는, 상기 밸브체(24)가 상기 고정철심(38)측으로 이동하는 밸브 개방 시에 있어서, 탄성 재료로 이루어져 상기 밸브 바디(16)에 형성된 스토퍼(18)에 맞닿아 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
