Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 차량에 구동 토크를 공급하기 위한 엔진, 상기 엔진에 직접적으로 연결되고 발전하여 변속기에 구동토크를 공급하기 위한 제1 모터 제너레이터, 상기 제1 모터 제너레이터와 변속기 사이에 개재되고, 제1 모터 제너레이터와 변속기 간의 회전 동력을 선택적으로 전달시키는 클러치, 상기 제1 모터 제너레이터와 전기적으로 연결되고, 발전하여 상기 변속기에 상시 구동 토크를 공급하는 제2 모터 제너레이터 및 상기 제1, 2 모터 제너레이터에 전원을 공급하고 상기 제1, 2 모터 제너레이터에 의해 충전되는 배터리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 구동 장치를 제공한다.

Claims (8)
- 차량에 구동 토크를 공급하기 위한 엔진;
상기 엔진에 직접적으로 연결되고 발전하여 변속기에 구동토크를 공급하기 위한 제1 모터 제너레이터;
상기 제1 모터 제너레이터와 변속기 사이에 개재되고, 제1 모터 제너레이터와 변속기 간의 회전 동력을 선택적으로 전달시키는 클러치;
상기 제1 모터 제너레이터와 전기적으로 연결되고, 발전하여 상기 변속기에 상시 구동 토크를 공급하는 제2 모터 제너레이터; 및
상기 제1, 2 모터 제너레이터에 전원을 공급하고 상기 제1, 2 모터 제너레이터에 의해 충전되는 배터리를 포함하고,
상기 변속기는 각각 1개의 선기어, 링기어, 유성 캐리어로 이루어지는 싱글 피니언 유성기어 구조로 이루어지며,
상기 유성 캐리어는 차량의 출력축에 직결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 구동 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 링기어는 브레이크에 의해 변속기 케이스와 선택적으로 연결되어 회전 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 구동 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 선기어는 상기 제2 모터 제너레이터와 일체로 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 구동 장치. - 삭제
- 각각 1개의 선기어, 링기어, 유성 캐리어로 이루어지는 유성 기어 세트, 차량 엔진의 회전동력을 공급받는 제1 모터 제너레이터, 상기 제1 모터 제너레이터와 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 모터 제너레이터, 상기 제1 모터 제너레이터와 제2 모터 제너레이터에 전원을 공급하기 위한 배터리, 상기 제1 모터 제너레이터와 링기어 사이에 개재되는 클러치를 포함하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 구동 장치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,
차량의 운전 조건이 전기 주행 모드(EV)로 설정되는 경우 브레이크가 체결됨으로써 상기 링기어를 회전 고정시키고, 클러치를 해제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 제어 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
차량의 운전 조건이 설정 차속 이하로 되어 저속 하이브리드(HEV) 모드로 설정되는 경우 상기 클러치는 해제된 상태를 유지하고, 브레이크가 체결됨으로써 엔진 동력을 이용하여 상기 제1 모터 제너레이터를 발전시키며, 상기 제2 모터 제너레이터를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 제어 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
차량의 운전 조건이 설정 차속을 초과하여 고속 하이브리드(HEV) 모드로 설정되는 경우 상기 클러치가 체결됨과 동시에 상기 브레이크가 해제됨으로써 엔진과 제2 모터 제너레이터의 출력이 유성 캐리어를 통하여 차량의 출력축으로 동시에 공급되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그인 하이브리드 차량 제어 방법.
