Claims (18)
- 제1 기판,상기 제1 기판과 마주보고 있는 제2 기판,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 위치하는 액정층,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 중 어느 하나에 형성되어 있는 제1 전극,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 중 어느 하나에 형성되어 있으며 상기 제1 전극과 함께 상기 액정층에 전계를 형성하는 제2 전극을 포함하고, 상기 액정층은하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 화합물25~35중량%,하기 화학식 5로 표현되는 화합물 13~ 17중량%, 및하기 화학식 8로 표현되는 화합물 9~11중량%를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.[화학식 1]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 2개), Y=알케닐(Alkenyl)[화학식 5]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개)[화학식 8]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개).
- 삭제
- 제1 항에서,상기 액정층은하기 화학식 2로 표현되는 화합물 5~7중량%,하기 화학식 3으로 표현되는 화합물 0.5~1.5중량%,하기 화학식 4로 표현되는 화합물 18~24중량%,하기 화학식 6으로 표현되는 화합물9~11중량%, 그리고하기 화학식 7로 표현되는 화합물 8~10중량%를 더 포함하고, 상기 화학식 1 내지 8로 표현되는 화합물들의 총합이 100중량%를 이루는 액정 표시 장치.[화학식 2]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~5개), Y=알케닐(Alkenyl)[화학식 3]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~5개), Y= 알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 5~7개)[화학식 4]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개)[화학식 6]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개)[화학식 7]단, X= 알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개)
- 제4항에서,상기 액정층은 비틀린 네마틱 방식으로 배열되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,전원 전압(AVDD)이 6.6~7.0V, 최저 휘도 전압(Vb)이 6.5~6.9V, 최고 휘도 전압(Vw)이 0.5~0.7V인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제9항에서,전원 전압(AVDD)이 6.6~7.0V, 최저 휘도 전압(Vb)이 6.5~6.9V, 최고 휘도 전압(Vw)이 0.5~0.7V인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 게이트선,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 유지 전극을 가지는 유지 전극선,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 게이트선 및 상기 유지 전극선과 교차하고, 상기 유지 전극의 폭 안쪽에 놓여 있는 데이터선,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 데이터선, 상기 게이트선 및 상기 제1 전극과 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 표시판과 제2 표시판을 준비하는 단계,상기 제1 표시판에 실런트를 도포하여 액정 조성물을 가둘 영역을 구획하는 단계,상기 액정 조성물을 가둘 영역에 액정 조성물을 적하하는 단계,상기 제2 표시판을 상기 액정 조성물이 적하되어 있는 상기 제1 표시판 위에 결합하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 액정 조성물은하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 화합물25~35중량%,하기 화학식 2로 표현되는 화합물 5~7중량%,하기 화학식 3으로 표현되는 화합물 0.5~1.5중량%,하기 화학식 4로 표현되는 화합물 18~24중량%,하기 화학식 5로 표현되는 화합물 13~17중량%,하기 화학식 6으로 표현되는 화합물9~11중량%,하기 화학식 7로 표현되는 화합물 8~10중량%하기 화학식 8로 표현되는 화합물 9~11중량% 를 포함하고, 하기 화학식 1 내지 8로 표현되는 화합물들의 총합이 100중량%를 이루는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.[화학식 1]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 2개), Y=알케닐(Alkenyl)[화학식 2]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~5개), Y=알케닐(Alkenyl)[화학식 3]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~5개), Y= 알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 5~7개)[화학식 4]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개)[화학식 5]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개)[화학식 6]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개)[화학식 7]단, X= 알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개)[화학식 8]단, X=알킬(Alkyl)(탄소수 3~7개).
