Claims (8)
- 코일이 원주 방향으로 감겨지고, 전류가 흐르는 코일 권선체;코일 권선체의 내주면, 외주면, 상부 및 하부를 감싸서 코일 권선체가 내장되도록 한 쌍의 사출물로 조립되는 보빈 세트; 그리고,보빈 세트의 원주방향으로 일정 간격을 두고, 보빈 세트의 축방향에서 한 쌍씩 조립되는 복수개의 코어 블록;을 포함하고,보빈 세트에 의해 코일 권선체가 코어 블록으로부터 절연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 스테이터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,보빈 세트는 원주 방향으로 일정 간격을 두고 형성되고, 코어 블록들이 안착되는 위치결정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 스테이터.
- 제3항에 있어서,위치결정부는 보빈 세트의 축방향 양단 및 외주면 중 하나 이상에 걸쳐 돌출되고, 코어 블록들의 원주 방향 양측단이 맞닿는 조립 가이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 스테이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,보빈 세트와 코어 블록들 사이에 구비되고, 보빈 세트로부터 코어 블록들의 축방향으로 탈거를 방지하는 탈거방지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 스테이터.
- 제5항에 있어서,탈거방지수단은 보빈 세트의 축방향 양단 내측에 구비된 걸림턱과, 걸림턱에 걸림되도록 코어 블록들의 일단 내측면에 형성된 후크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 스테이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,보빈 세트와 코어 블록들 사이에 구비되고, 보빈 세트에 코어 블록들을 고정시키는 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 스테이터.
- 제7항에 있어서,고정수단은 보빈 세트의 축방향 양단에 원주 방향으로 길게 형성된 고정용 홈과, 고정용 홈에 끼워지도록 코어 블록들의 내측면에 형성된 고정용 쐐기를 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 스테이터.
