Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 배기 시스템용 선택적 촉매 환원 장치를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 배기 시스템용 선택적 촉매 환원 장치 및 이에 적용되는 배기 파이프를 도시한 단면 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 배기 시스템용 선택적 촉매 환원 장치에 적용되는 배기 파이프를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 배기 시스템용 선택적 촉매 환원 장치의 작용을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (7)
- 배기 파이프와 연결된 SCR 촉매를 포함하는 차량의 배기 시스템용 선택적 촉매 환원 장치에 있어서,
상기 SCR 촉매의 전방에서 배기 가스의 스트림 방향을 따라 상기 배기 파이프의 곡관부에 장착되며, 상기 SCR 촉매의 전방에서 상기 배기 파이프의 내부로 환원제를 분사하는 도징유닛을 포함하며,
상기 도징유닛은 상기 곡관부에서 배기 가스의 스트림 방향을 환원제의 분사 방향으로 변화시키며 그 곡관부에서 수직으로 만나는 배기 가스와 환원제 두 힘의 방향을 동일한 방향으로 변화시키는 단차부에 장착되고,
상기 단차부는 상기 곡관부에 일정 각도로 평평하게 형성되고 상기 곡관부의 내부 중심을 향해 평평하게 단차지며 하향 경사진 제1 단차면과, 상기 제1 단차면으로부터 상측으로 평평하게 연장되며 상기 도징유닛이 장착되는 제2 단차면을 포함하되,
상기 제1 단차면을 통해 배기 가스의 스트림 방향을 환원제의 분사 방향과 일치하도록 유도하고, 상기 제2 단차면을 통해 환원제의 분사 방향을 배기 파이프의 내부 중심 측으로 유도하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 단차면을 통해 곡관부를 따라 흐르는 배기 가스의 스트림 방향이 상기 도징유닛의 전단에서 변화되도록 유도하고,
상기 제2 단차면에는 환원제를 배기 파이프의 내부로 분사하는 상기 도징유닛이 설치되되, 상기 도징유닛은 인젝터를 포함하고, 상기 인젝터는 상기 단차부에 의해 상기 배기 파이프의 내부 중심을 기준으로 하측을 향해 3~5도의 장착 각도를 유지하며,
상기 배기 파이프의 내부에는 배기 가스의 스트림 방향이 환원제의 분사 방향으로 변화된 상태의 상기 환원제와 배기 가스를 혼합하기 위한 믹서가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기 시스템용 선택적 촉매 환원 장치. - 삭제
